I like the wrist bands that can be loaded with your credit card info so you don't have to worry about your valuables. Cons and things that could be improved: There's like NO shade!! In such a hot area with a prevalence of heat related illnesses, this is fairly shocking to me. Even the cabanas you can pay for only offer spotty shade. There are a couple of large umbrellas by the pool, but not nearly enough for the amount of people here. Very few chaise lounges!! There are many chairs and these sort of slouchy chairs, but they're in full sun and not comfortable for hanging out, sun bathing, relaxing. People claim the limited loungers and don't use them. As a person who's visited other places, like Azure in Palm Springs, this is annoying. The 21 and up space sounds awesome, but my 18yo was wishing she could get away from the shriekers and chill over there too. It's family friendly, but this doesn't mean a spa like experience by any means. The one shady spot I found, two kids were playing a loud video on a device right there. Ugh. Shower toiletries seem very basic. When I've paid this much for these experiences there are more amenities, little things like hair bands in the women's rest room, a hair styling station, fruit infused ice water for free in locker rooms, and more. This is expensive for what you get.

It's enormous, well-maintained, and a real treasure for Cedar City. And frankly, I don't mind the rule keeping the little kids out of the hot tub--it's a nice little slice of calm for the grown-ups.
