This playground features a huge, well-maintained play structure with tons of space for running and exploring. Compared to other playgrounds, it is also well-shaded. There is also a smaller toddler play structure, although that one does get a lot more sun exposure. Beautiful grassy areas and tons of trees surround the playground. It is also next to a covered picnic table area. There is also a splash pad that we didn't get to see this time, but hopefully next time we will! I wish we could have come to this park more than once. But it was a little bit out of the way compared to the other places we visited. But it is definitely worth including on your list of St. George playgrounds!

The only downside was that the park is right next to a main road, so not the safest for small children and maybe not the most quiet park. Still so beautiful.

Saw a guy in a wet suit and flippers, diving into the water to recover discs that had fallen. I lost two discs here on hole 8. Sad day. The park itself was quiet midday when I arrived. It's well kept and maintained. The grounds keeper was onsite maintaining it during my time there.

There's free parking, unlocked bathrooms, water bottle fill ups, lots of trails, and it is genuinely one of the cleanest parks I've ever been to. I highly recommend going here with or without other people- theres space to follow your heart's desire and hike up any rocks you find, there's enough freedom where you aren't crowded with other people on 1 trail.

The "DogTown…read moreRace" held in Washington, Utah, was well attended and the weather, although a bit chilly made for a great event. The race was well organized and the staff were great. Light snacks, water and protein bars were available to runners after the race, as well as tote bags. If you're looking for a 5K race you might want to consider attending a "DogTown Race,"which, are held throughout the year. Incidentally, I ended up taking first place in my age category and was awarded a Gold medal.

I played singles full-court with a nice man at least. And the park's name is an unnecessary mouthful. Could just be called Sullivan Park.
