When I first went in I spoke to Mike about purchasing a hot tub and he was super nice and…read moreinformative. He showed me a few in the showroom and explained the features of each spa. He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.

(Fortunately, I have a good back... for now.) There was no orientation for new owners, although, upon my second request, I was sent a Drive copy of the manufacture's owner's manual, which has been very helpful, as has Todd at Red Rock's Spa in Hurricane.

We hired Vortex Pools & Spa to service our hot tub in Sedona house that we rent on AirBNB…read more From day one we started having issues with their service. For instance, we received a bill after two cleanings for a full drainage (even though it was brand new and just filled), they said it was a mistake and cancelled the bill. But then, guest kept complaining, waterline marks, spa not serviced or cleaned, etc. After the 5th guest complaint we cancelled our contract. Note that they send a photo every time they service, which is great, but once when we had a complaint the same day as they serviced, I checked and saw that the photo sent was not my hot tub... And more than once the technician turned off the water which connects to our separate house (a knob next to the water to the tub), which had guests complain of no water and we had to send a plumber and realized the water connection had been closed. The amount of issues in 2 months was so high that we decided to no longer work with them. Every time we called they were polite, apologized, and said they'd send someone over. But after seven issues we just decided we had to change company. A shame as we really wanted it to work out, their rates were reasonable, the lady at reception nice. But in the end, we paid to have a clean hot tub for our guests and only had issues.

I worked with Greg, and he is everything a salesperson should be. There was zero high-pressure sales. He genuinely listened to my concerns, wants, and needs, and helped me find the perfect tub for me. What really impressed me was that Greg didn't disappear after the sale. He came out during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly, checked that I was happy, and even made sure the crew was taken care of. That kind of service is rare. I also want to thank the install crew for going over everything with me and being so professional, friendly and informational. Cassidy, Anthony and Alex. I absolutely love my hot tub, but what stands out most is how smooth, stress-free, and positive the entire experience was from start to finish. Greg is not only great at his job -- he's an incredible person. Thank you to Red Rock Spas for making this such a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
