We purchased a new spa from Paradise a few years back and payed to have it delivered and installed…read more They kept postponing the delivery date for one excuse or another and then when we complained the lady on the phone got made at us for complaining. Now I need service on the spa so I call but get a young girl who had no clue about anything. She told me that the tech was out to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. After 2 days of waiting I diagnosed the problem myself and called back for parts. I was told that they would have to look it up and that it might take a few days due to the manufacturer changes the log in to the website. I then gave the guy the factory part number as I was on said website but he was still unable to check his stock at that time. Two weeks later Sandy called me to tell me that they were ordering the part I needed and as soon as it got in they would in turn send it to me. I asked Sandy why it took so long to call me back to which she had no response. The part I needed was available online and I called San Diego Spa Sales. They gave me a great price and instructions on how to install it and I had it in hand two days later. When I told Sandy at Paradise that their customer service was very poor she just said "well I guess we need to work on it". Not once did she offer up an apology or a reason why it took two weeks just to return my call. Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will spread the word about their horrible service!!!

It was extremely crowded and stuffy, and within minutes someone had an accident in the pool. Brad and Mike were so knowledgeable and accommodating. They were also very friendly and helped us get the right spa. We had been to four other stores and were surprised that not only was Absolute Comfort the most affordable, all the other stores were a month to two months out for delivery. When Absolute Comfort asked when we wanted it delivered, as a joke I gave them three days. Our delivery was in two days. Now that's service. Not only were they the most affordable, they offered a great discount because I'm a veteran which I really appreciated, and included all the chemicals we'd need and several extras. They're also great about after sale service. I've taken in water samples and they give a great analysis printout that tells you exactly what chemicals you need to have crystal clear water.

He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.
