Lon, told us it would be installed in the following two weeks. We waited three weeks before calling in. When we did we found out that they hadn't even cut the counters, yet. Where they didn't confirm us, even though we had called several times, and we even went in. In addition they constantly 'forget' to contact us to tell us that our order has been delayed yet again. I am so frustrated with them. We haven't had our kitchen for months. It is so frustrating not being able to use our kitchen and limiting what we can make. I have had to constantly call in to find out anything. They have taken absolutely no action in trying to correct their mistakes.
