Obviously they cut corners and are lazy to do things correctly. When called to see if they would fix their work. They would do it but would charge us. This was an installation error. A sink should never fall, especially after 5 years! They clearly don't care about quality of their work or retaining customers. Would give zero stars if I could. I'll pay someone else to fix it.
