The last time was it for me. I walked in and I was the only one in the store. The lady was eating her lunch and on the phone. No biggie, I understand I was there around lunch time. No greeting but again I figured once she got off the phone she would acknowledge me. Nope. I walked past her many times ( her mask was under her chin might I add) and still no greeting. It wasnt until i was about to leave she even acknowledged me. It's just so rude. I wont be buying from them.

I've actually never met anyone behind the counter of a plant shop who was as aggressive or terse as this guy lol it's almost comical. I had bought a decent amount of plants from here about a year ago and they were doing great so I decided to stop in and get them repotted. I asked the man at the front desk how the repotting works and he was very condescending, short and sassy. I understand having a personality but when I asked "if I bought the plant here is there still a repotting fee" he said "congratulations on buying the plant here and supporting local" in the rudest way possible. I have no issue paying a repotting fee I was just asking for clarification and he decided that was the perfect time to be rude lol it was the weirdest thing. When I said I was taken aback by his attitude he continued to escalate. Anyway, you can easily just buy plants elsewhere and skip the condescending man who works here and owns the shop.

Still no response. The next day I reached Amanda by phone; she said their prices were typically low and they wouldn't be undersold. I told her I had gotten a quote in California but that I would prefer to do business locally and avoid the freight charge. She did respond with an email quote very quickly; it was at least 30% higher than a quote I had from a California retailer INCLUDING a freight charge to ship to Virgin, Utah. When I let her know initially that she was high, she told me to send a written quote with the competitive pricing and that - once again - they wouldn't be undersold. That didn't feel ethical or fair to the salesperson who had worked hard to provide the lower price. Additionally, why should I do their work for them? Look elsewhere.

They stood next to me the whole time. I asked one woman if they carried a certain foot, she went off " looking for more information". I had money to spend but I guess having children with you means 'do not help'. At that point I left. Walking out my 5 year old asked, ' we aren't buying anything?' I said 'not now', loud enough for the two ladies behind the desk to hear me. I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas but it is looking like that will be the plan.
