The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.
