This is not about me. Old couple in front of me purchased a pump & hose. Got offered a 1 year warranty for 65.00 2 yr for 75.00 When they declined, the clerk informs them that once they break the seal. They can't return it to the store even with a receipt! Would have to send it back to the company. So basically what they are saying in my mind. We purchase cheap products, if you have any issues? We don't stand behind our own products. Tomorrow will be my day in court with Harbor Freight. This is something that Amber, the store manager, or at least one of the store managers, decided for an unknown reason that I was trespassed from the store. This was back in November of 2022, as it was stated that Amber had sent notice to my address only to have it sent back to her. Amber then claims that she sent a certified copy to me that I signed. I never signed anything! Come January of 2023 I'm shopping in their store only to have an officer Adams peering over my shoulder. Apparently, Amber called the police to report trespassing, when all the while I had never been given notice. She could not even produce a notice when Officer Adams asked for it. I'm now facing charges of trespassing and failure to identify. If you want to walk into Harbor Junk and walk out with charges just be sure to shop while Amber is on duty. read more

Brand new store in Cedar City and like many others, I'm glad they are here! Great selection of quality tools! The store is easy to navigate and you can easily find what you're looking for. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of great deals and sales. They had extended hours for the holiday as well. There is plenty of parking in the large parking area in front of the store. And now, with Harbor Freight being next to Joann Fabrics, spouses can shop in one store, while the other goes right next door to the other! My wife can spend as much time in Joann Fabrics and no longer, am I waiting in the parking lot. She can shop as long as she likes as I will spend an equal amount of time (and probably money) in Harbor Freight! read more

Just called to ask if they have a specific kind of battery. Some lady answered all rude and said oh we have a bunch. Since she was rushing me off the phone I asked ok do you have that specific one I just asked for and she said "I don't have time to run back and check we're too busy so you can just come check or call later." Really? Terrible customer service. It's terrible when people don't know how to work with others. Wish I got her name so I could leave it in this review. read more
