She used the bathroom which had no TP or paper towels so needed to use seat cover as TP. Then, in order to check out we were asked to walked through the zig zag line through the stuff when there wasn't a single customer in line. My mom was beat by the time she did this and then expected to walk to the car that's parked so far away. Will not return! Please train employees to make exceptions when seeing a person that cannot walk too!

Like all other thrift stores it's an organized mess - I can't suggest any better way for these stores to exhibit their goods - but they had labeled shelves to guide you. Looked like a lot of kid's clothes hung in the back room where the bulk of their goods reside. I'm never looking for clothes so I can't comment much on those. I'll probably go back in a few weeks to see what's "new". Friendly staff and I saw them adding/tidying up while I shopped.

However, today the…read moreemployees working on Feb. 4, 2017, Saturday at 3:15pm were incredibly rude from the moment I walked in the door. The old one looked my daughter up and down with a smug look on her face and then looked to the other younger employee who started laughing. NOT a good way to make customers feel welcome. I left after about 3 minutes because I was so upset. I would suggest making sure your employees know and understand how to bring in business, not turn it away without a single word. I will no longer be shopping at any Famous Footwear locations.

I broke one of my shoes while at work and ran into this location on my lunch break to buy a new…read morepair of shoes. The associate up front was doing his best to help all the customers, but there was someone in the back refusing to come up and help him. After 15 minutes, I finally stuck my head into the back because I was running out of time. I asked her to help me locate some shoes and she rudely told me that if they weren't on the clearance rack she couldn't do anything about it, but the associate upfront would help me. I ended up leaving empty handed. Pretty sad when you can't even sell someone with a busted shoes a new pair.
