I left after about 3 minutes because I was so upset. I would suggest making sure your employees know and understand how to bring in business, not turn it away without a single word. I asked her to help me locate some shoes and she rudely told me that if they weren't on the clearance rack she couldn't do anything about it, but the associate upfront would help me.
