We called the sales person who sold it and gave us their card, the morning we were to pick it up. She said it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived they brought it out, with no plastic or covering, dragged it across the dirty loading dock floor and threw it on our truck uncovered and walked off! It's filthy on the underside. I asked if they could wrap it and they half way covered it with some plastic wrap. What a joke. Was thinking I'd buy some other things from them in the future. Not now.

Long story short, store officials were very apologetic and Mr Dave Thomas came to my house with a mechanic who determined the chair was not repairable. THEN ... THEY HAULED IT AWAY AND CHARGED ME $45 for the hauling. Mr Thomas explained it's company policy. I asked them to change that 'policy' and haven't heard back. Sad.

She used the bathroom which had no TP or paper towels so needed to use seat cover as TP. Then, in order to check out we were asked to walked through the zig zag line through the stuff when there wasn't a single customer in line. My mom was beat by the time she did this and then expected to walk to the car that's parked so far away. Will not return!
