There are a ton of hidden back issue gems and everything is kept up very nicely. The proprietor generally also knows where everything is and if he doesn't have it, will go to great lengths to obtain it, though given that a lot of the population at any given time is on a trip of some kind, that part works out a bit less well. Mark my words though, even though it is good now, in 2 - 3 years, my bet is that it will be spectacular.

I go in and I had some other clothes to sell. The tie is 8.99 and the total amount they were going to give me for in store credit was 9.60! I told them all I wanted to do was exchange the tie for a different color of tie since my son had received the tie as a gift and it was brand new. Basically they were only going to give me 1.00 for the tie and then resell it for 8.99. All I wanted was a different color but I guess profit is more important than customer relationships. I usually like this place but I am not happy with how I was treated. Also some of the girl's clothes are not very cute. Thank goodness I have a couple of friends who have given me clothes that are cute because the quality has not been the greatest. I can't wait to start working again so I don't have to go here anymore.

When I contacted Deseret Book about returning or replacing it, I was told that because I had used it and it had been a year (Christmas only comes once a year) that they would not do anything to remedy the situation. I would never have paid $50 for a decoration with a two week life span. They should put up a disclosure for like items that they are only good for one season. Be very careful when shopping with DB. Very poor value and disgraceful customer service.

SEW YEAH that purchased SCRAP APPLE from Shirley's estate has ruined the reputation of the name! The Sew Yeah owners DO NOT support the quilting community in St. George!!!! When you walk thru their doors you are NOT welcomed into the store or most times even acknowledged you are there! The store does not inspire you with projects that can be made with their beautiful fabrics. You feel like you are walking into a library that has fabric instead of books! Shirley's hospitality and support of the quilting community in St. George is GREATLY missed. Sew Yeah should actually change the Scrap Apple name and not completely ruin the image and reputation that was so lovingly created by the original owner.

I've been to other claw machine spots where it feels almost impossible to get anything, but this place is totally different. The place is clean, the machines are solid, and there's a ton of variety for the kids. I also met the owners and you can really tell when people love what they do. They were super genuine, and you can see they actually care about kids having a good time. Overall it was a great experience for the family. We'll definitely be back.

Saw this place while driving down the street and I stopped in to take a look. I am glad I did…read more This is a very clean store. It is comfortable. They only sell records. For the most part they are new pressings. Yes, they do carry used, but for the most part new. The other thing is they are clean. Records are clean, not dusty. The shelves are dusted. They sell turntables and they are of decent quality. I did not see any Crosley record players nor junked up turntables from the 70s. No CDs. No Cassettes. Just records. Even though they sell incense, I did not smell it to mask the smell of old records. It is a great place and I even found 2 albums that I had never heard. Never knew that were released. I look forward to my next visit.
