David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.

Wes (has considerable experience in construction) and asked me if I needed any help, so I told him what I was doing and needed some expert advice on a couple of things, and as usual, I was overthinking a lot of it. Being a somewhat new resident to Hurricane, Utah, just outside St. George, and having a washer leak…read morethat threatened to ruin my laundry room, I checked out the yellow pages to see if anyone would be able to come to my home to fix it given the COVID-19 restrictions. I called Reliable and spoke with Kay who assured me that there wouldn't be a problem. I described the problem and she scheduled an appointment for the repairman to come out and take a look. The repairman, DJ, was on time, found the problem, said he would order the part and would be back as soon as it came in. We were not charged for this initial diagnostics run. As promised, very shortly thereafter and as soon as the part came in, Kay called and scheduled another appointment; DJ showed up on time, fixed my washing machine and issued a very reasonable bill for services. Then I asked if it was possible to fix the drawer on the dryer base that had been broken during our move. I had been told it couldn't be fixed and that I'd have to buy a new one. Once again, DJ said he'd order the part. Once again, DJ was on time, fixed the drawer on the dryer base and issued a bill that was very, very reasonable. I am very impressed with Reliable's professionalism (Kay and DJ), the efficiency exhibited by both Kay and DJ and the respect for my time. I will ALWAYS call them for repairs and, if for any reason I need to replace any or all of my appliances, I will make those purchases from Reliable. TO THE OWNER OF RELIABLE: I am not trying to tell you how to run your business BUT please do whatever it takes to keep these wonderful employees in your employ. They are the heart of your business.

Even after we had completely paid everything off, they kept telling us we still owed a balance. We went into the store and asked them to print every statement because our bank records clearly showed the account had been paid in full. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told their billing system had changed and they no longer had the records. I was furious. I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple people, but nobody was willing to help or take responsibility. The only response we got was essentially, "If you think you're right, sue us." A company that loses its own payment records and then expects the customer to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Boulevard Home.

An associate by the name of Mike F., has been an excellent resource in helping me in a couple of very important projects. Today was no exception. I'm building a new shop in my back yard and since the shop has a loft, I needed someone to help me put together a plan for a pully system a little more complicated than just a basic system. Explaining to Mike what I was wanting to accomplish, he completely understood that this wasn't just a basic shop I was building and that I wanted to add a little more "cool factor" to the hatch lid system. Probably not a big deal to many, but for some of us, it helps to display our craftsmanship a little better. Mike, who has excellent people skills, takes great pride in his personal appearance and writes with a fountain pen, is very unique and really stands out in today's world of business associates. He started building the system as we spoke and as we were gathering materials, he explained not only the how, but the whys behind every piece while putting it together. In the end, I had a much better, robust and cooler pulley system than I had originally imagined, and it's going to be an awesome addition to the shop. Thanks Mike!
