I've waited 22 minutes today and asked twice. Sadly, the saw is broken at Lowe's or I would have gone there instead. I bought a bottle of loctite. Later I checked the receipt and saw they had charged me 300% more than regular retail. I took it back the next day unopened and was told that they had a no return policy. Show me the posted sign that says so. Nothing posted so they made the return but charged me a 30% restock fee. Most unfriendly retailer I have ever dealt with. Last place to go from now on.
