She did respond with an email quote very quickly; it was at least 30% higher than a quote I had from a California retailer INCLUDING a freight charge to ship to Virgin, Utah. When I let her know initially that she was high, she told me to send a written quote with the competitive pricing and that - once again - they wouldn't be undersold. That didn't feel ethical or fair to the salesperson who had worked hard to provide the lower price. Additionally, why should I do their work for them? Look elsewhere.

Long story short, they cannot trust their computers to give accurate inventory so if you call ahead, insist they physically check to make sure it's there.
