    This is the right floor.

    Everyone makes mistakes right? No worries because it's how you handle the problem that matters. Washington UT HOme Depot FAILED big time. Mistake? They installed the wrong wood floors. Easy mistake--there are two products with the same name- she simply entered the wrong code on the store computer when processing our quote. Their remedy? The local manager denied that it was their mistake. The employee remembered what we had wanted (it was the only sample we took) and admitted to us she made the mistake). The following day, the store manager and flooring manager then blackballed us from speaking to her or the installer- saying she was "sick" or the installer was "at a funeral" (which we later learned was a lie of course.) They are trying to charge us more money now to get the right floor. Unbelievable!! Meanwhile, we incurred expenses of living in a motel and holding off our furniture delivery etc etc. It got worse-- While meeting with Washington UT store management, the flooring manager bullied me! I had said "Home Depot WILL honor their price and make this right.". (they do in California atleast) His response, as he stood over me?.... He leaned forward and said "NOBODY tells ME what I will or won't do!" squinting his eye at me even. I excused myself with my heart squeezing from his bullying and threatening posture. When I passed by him on my way out he said "THANKs"- (for leaving.) My husband was in a horrible position to stay back and deal with them, and worrying about me. DISGUSTING customer service from a national chain!! I'll never go back to that store again. The wonderful Santa Clara store seems to be making up for it as they are so so helpful and opposite in their attitude. Other women have since told me they get that kind of bullying in the Washington UT store too. We are now taking this up to corporate level as the store manager is not even responsive to our emails. BTW- the mistake was made in 2 houses- and we can't disturb our tenant to get the right floor installed- so we are screwed on that one no matter what - NO STARS for Washington UTAH HOME DEPOT. I think the management there should be fired for how they are handling a simple mistake that we would have forgiven them for- if they'd made right by us.

    Terrible service. They act like you don't exist. And I suspect it's because all customers are not valued here. Go to Lowe's instead.

David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. I will use Appliance Wholesalers Plus in the future when in need and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. True professionals! I'm a first-time shed builder and had been gathering a lot of information using AI, I know, I know, but I use it mainly to get ideas then run them past those who have had experience in those fields. Wes (has considerable experience in construction) and asked me if I needed any help, so I told him what I was doing and needed some expert advice on a couple of things, and as usual, I was overthinking a lot of it. Wes simplified what I was attempting to accomplish and it all finally made perfect sense to me. I ended up purchasing just north of $800 dollars of product from Lowes and my project now is turning out great! Couldn't have done it without his advice. Thanks Wes. I really appreciate your help.

In six years I've burned up a drill motor and sander, both of which were replaced for free. Service up until my last visit has always been exceptional, especially with Bowman. But in my last visit I had the distinct displeasure of having to deal with Caleb. I had an old ad on my phone for buying a 5-ah battery and getting a free tool with about ten to choose from. The ad said "For a limited time only," but with no expiration date. Fine. I needed a sander so I decided to go battery operated. I got the tool and 5-ah battery and went to the register. I showed the woman at the register the ad on my phone but said I didn't know if it was still valid. She said she'd ring it up and see what happened. I said fine. The register didn't show a discount or freebie, which I said was fine. I was going to get it anyway. She said to wait and she'd check with her manager. In comes Caleb. He said no, that's not what the sale is. I showed him my phone with the ad displayed. He didn't even look at it. I said "look, if the sale is no longer in effect, just tell me that." His response was "I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THAT BATTERY FOR FREE FOR BUYING THAT TOOL." I said that wasn't what I wanted. The deal was buying the battery and getting the tool for free. It's like what I said went in one ear and out the other with nothing in between to comprehend. Then he said he could give me a 3-ah battery with the tool. I said fine, which was a better deal for me. Then he went to get a 3-ah battery, brought it to the counter and left. It wasn't until I got home that I checked my receipt and found that what I paid for was the tool, the $60 3-ah battery with a $20 discount, and several other items that I also bought. In other words, the 3-ah battery was not free, just discounted. I'll continue to shop at the Washington City Harbor Freight for the prices and convenience. However, if Caleb somehow gets involved, I'll just walk out and come back another time.

And of course, when I went to return it JUSTIN the manager, literally no facial expression doesn't even address except to say "we'll take it back but it's 20% restocking fee". He actually said that phrase 3 times while I attempted to explain what his cashier told me. Long story, most of the employees here are nice. Justin was a COMPLETE PRICK!
