    Came in to get my rear phone panel glass replaced and nothing else some time ago, and when I got my…read morephone back there was no Apple logo on the back as well as the more pressing issue of neither of my cameras working anymore. My front facing camera had a non working auto focus, and Face ID was inoperable as a result, and my rear camera lost its ultra wide lense and also no longer could auto focus or function at all, often just being a black screen with the message "non genuine part". So whatever parts they're using are non Apple and your system will realize that, which will also void any assistance from Apple. When I called them to tell them that, they tried to tell me they didn't do anything to the camera that "doesn't make sense", to which I was like.... Okay, I gave you a phone with a working camera, paid almost 300$, and then got a phone back with no working camera which I need for my job. It took a lot of back and forth to even get them to fix it again and to explain I did not wanna be charged 2x for a repair that broke my phone further. They then fixed it again, only for the part to fail again a couple weeks later and work wildly inconsistently. And now my camera is entirely inoperable and I just have to go get the entire phone replaced because it's now affecting other parts of my phones optimization. For the amount of money I paid, or honestly any money at all, that should not be happening in any shape or form and is incredibly frustrating. Looking back I probably should've listened to the other 1-2 star reviews. Save your money, and go either directly to your phone or mobile service provider and have them do it.

I was joking around with him telling him it was "there was no chance of that". Joel also asked me if I wanted my phone Cleaned and told me there was a $10 charge which I was fine with. I was joking around with him telling him that "it be better be the "Cinderella Clean" meaning that he better scrub the heck out of my phone. His manager chimed in scolding and humiliating me in front of other customers. He proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Of course, I was completely taken back by his comment. He was unprofessional and his remarks were inappropriate. unfortunately, if I need to get another replacement for Zagg I will look elsewhere in the future

We were told to go into the store and they would help us there. So that is what we did. We were met a man named "Darrin" and told him we were there to upgrade our phones. I told him about the conversation we had online and showed him my wifes phone. He immediately refused to allow her to trade it in to upgrade. I then showed him the copy of the transcript where we talked to an AT+T REPRESENTATIVE and it said the condition didn't matter as long as it worked. He did not care. He shrugged his shoulders and said we have to go through "them" as if it were a different company! I then showed him where the Agent told us to come into the store! He still REFUSED to do anything. He showed no willingness to resolve the fact that we had been blatantly lied to by the company he represented. He did not offer to call anyone, do anything or - WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE - honor the statement made by the company he worked for. He showed complete indifference for our situation and did not care whatsoever that we had been lied to. It was a pathetic display of customer service and even further, extremely bad business. AT+T flat out lied to us. Its documented. We have proof. It is indisputable. At that moment we left and went to T-Mobile. I will not do business with a company that lies and shows indifference when it comes to rectifying their lie. I STRONGLY suggest that you do not do business with this company either.

I would recommend this Verizon Victra Store for top of the line Apple products. Great pricing and products.     I've been with Verizon for 25+ years and have 10 lines on my account. We've bought phones for years…read morewith different promotions but they are all the same more or less. A credit for the cost of the phone each month until the phone is paid off. I went in to buy a phone and they offered a full credit for the phone I bought on my business line. They do this sneaky charge each month where they still bill you for the phone and supposed to give a credit for the same amount. I never received it. I didn't notice the first time since I have multiple lines. We upgraded another phone awhile later and the exact same thing happened. But at least this time I caught it. I found that they had been charging me an additional fee for 2 phones that they "gave a promotion for." Total garbage. I went into the store multiple times and they say anything to get out of it. After weeks of back and forth with managers/regional managers, they just said it's been too long now so they won't give me a credit for any of their promotions. They also won't call me back or answer any of my calls/emails. Absolute terrible service. No one will own up to their mistake. I also should be able to trust that I get what I pay for and they follow through with what they sell. Total extra charges after review of all my lines are close to $1000 I shouldn't have been charged. Don't let them cheat you like they did me multiple times. Terrible people who won't be honest.
