I was joking around with him telling him it was "there was no chance of that". Joel also asked me if I wanted my phone Cleaned and told me there was a $10 charge which I was fine with. I was joking around with him telling him that "it be better be the "Cinderella Clean" meaning that he better scrub the heck out of my phone. His manager chimed in scolding and humiliating me in front of other customers. He proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Of course, I was completely taken back by his comment. He was unprofessional and his remarks were inappropriate. unfortunately, if I need to get another replacement for Zagg I will look elsewhere in the future

Took my phone in for a new battery...only customer there at 10 am...went back in an hour and Jordan…read morehadn't even started it, so I had to wait another 30 minutes! Took it home and it wouldn't charge past 1 percent! Went back and asked for my money back and my old battery to be put back in. They trusted and tried another battery...only charged to 1 percent also! I demanded that I get my money refunded and my old battery put back in, which they finally did...but guess what??? It was fine when I first took it in...it just said the battery was degraded ...but now my old battery wouldnt charge past 1 percent!!!! Was devastated because I use my phone 10 hours a day for work!!! Had to spend $1100 for a new phone since they obviously didn't know what they were doing!!!' Don't go there...I learned my lesson. I've been a customer at AT&T for well over 15 years. I went into the Bluff Street store today…read morearound 2 pm. It was really crowded and there was only 1 rep available so I decided to come back. I went back around 5. They close at 7. There was I person waiting and 1 being waited on. I decided to wait. I didn't mind waiting for either person that was there before me, even though it took a long time. it was about 6:40 when he was finishing up with the person that was right in front of me. About 10 minutes before that, someone came in and I looked up and he was waiting on them. They had just been there for 10 minutes. I have been there for an hour. and 15 minutes. That was it without saying anything to me at all the whole time I was there, and I know he saw me when I walked in., I decided to leave. I told him when I was leaving that I was next in line and he decided to wait on them. All he said was I'm sorry you think that he would have felt kind of guilty after somebody was waiting there well over an hour and a half that he would pay attention to them but now, so after all this time we've been with AT&T I'm happily moving over to T-Mobile. The customer service at that store on Bluff Street in St. George was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. So, let that be a warning to you.

And the person that I got a new phone from had put the wrong screen protector on my phone and was telling my husband that it was fine and it really wasn't!
