I usually order through doordash since I live jn the lynnwood area. My favorite so far was their noodle dish; I haven't tried their protein dishes. I went there once and I think I paid the same price through doordash and on site for some reason. Their pad thai is tasty! Sometimes the spicy ness level varies unexpectedly on takeout orders, but it's been one of my favorite eateries for dine-in ;pre-pandemic) or takeout for the last decade. Good value for price, good food, & I love their Thai iced coffee/tea, especially. When dining onsite. Pad Thai, Spicy, Extra Beef is one of my most common orders, although I've probably tried half their menu items by now. My husband and I LOVE this place. It's great for date night! I always order the Crispy Garlic Chicken and it never disappoints. It's great that after all these years (we've been customers since 2007), the food is still amazing! I've tried other dishes and so far, I haven't been disappointed. All dishes are very flavorful, the meat is tender, cooked well. The ambiance is very nice-soothing music, sound of the waterfall from the front decor. Sometimes they have a pianist come during dinner on weekends/Friday nights. You may want to double check the schedule for live music. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as that plaza area can get busy. There's more parking on the side, towards the apartments nearby. Overall, great Thai food, and good service! read more

Came here with a large group for lunch on a week day. They took reservations thankfully. The group in general enjoyed their lunch. I personally thought the service was fast for our larg group and orders came out mostly correctly. Service was quick. I ordered the pad kee mao with no spice, but there were still some. There "zero spice" is like a 0.5 flame. The noodles were what I expected with the only exception was it had slightly too much sauce, making it saltier then what I'm used to. The clear thing I liked about my dish was the plentiful beef. The ambience is nice and would go back, but perhaps I'd try something more on the dry end. read more

Thai iced coffee by first appearance didn't look that great but it had a lot of sweetness and not enough bitterness from the coffee. The panang curry was too thick of a consistency and the flavor was salty and not as sweet. The chicken was cooked well. Ordered brown rice and the texture was really rough and more purplish color than brown. Pad Thai was decent. Not a lot of protein as the chicken was mainly in the curry. I didn't have much time for lunch so I came here and ordered the lunch special (so they probably were already making it but it still tasted really fresh and good) and got it very fast. This review is based on food quality (not the service). Got their lunch special Yellow Curry with Pad thai since the waiter recommended for me. ( I have to say before this visit I already tried their Yellow Curry before). First the waiter gave some soup type of thing in a small bowl which he did not gave me any description about. I guess it was part of the Lunch special. Tasted weird, gooey radish porridge thingy ( I honestly don't know what it was). Didn't like it! Yellow curry meal came with side of Pad thai not so long after. ( the first time I tried their Yellow curry the vegetables were very hard to chew it was almost raw inside, meat was chewy too.) So I had to remind the staff about this problem that I don't want this to happen again. No difference whatsoever! So I gave up. Tried the Pad thai, I would give 2 out of 5. Highly recommended to get reservation if you go in a group during lunch. It gets busy 15 mins into 11AM. I had Chicken Phat Khi Mao for company holiday lunch. The stir fried with tomato, basil, onion, green/red pepper, chicken, and wide noodles really made my day. I couldn't resist to finish the whole plate and really loved the flavor from tomato and basil. In addition, the chicken was cut and cooked properly. Therefore, the meat was not too dry. I personally like spicy food. Normally, I order 4-5 stars and put chilli sauce on the slide. ** if you are a vegetarian, veggie dishes are available Here are the reasons that I like here: 1) The atmosphere - the restaurant is bright with vaulted ceiling. Awesome is one of many words to describe this jewel located in an unassuming strip mall in Everett. Being a big Thai food fan (travelled throughout Thailand recently) I was always on the lookout for a decent restaurant that would satisfy my picky taste buds. One day while driving with my sister and niece we decided to drop by for dinner and we were blown away by the food and friendly staff. first the place looks very drab and boring from the outside, but once you walk through the door it feels like you stepped in another dimension! The decor is warm and very authentic with beautiful teak dining tables and chair. The tasteful art work really brought me back to Thailand and the calming mini waterfall at the front tides everything together. Now the food. We started off with Thai ice-tea which were served in a tall classy glasses and they were delicious! Then we tried the hot and spicy tom yum soup with prawns and my taste buds were in heaven! For the main course we had traditional chicken pad thai, green curry with beef, and the popular chef's special: crispy garlic chicken. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I've been back over 12 times, and usually bring friends and family when I want to treat them to a great meal. I haven't been disappointed once! What makes this a 5 star is the staff. This has become my favorite Thai restaurant in the north end. I think this place even beats Lana Thai a few blocks north on Evergreen way. We were introduced to this place a few months ago by some friends after a fishing trip. Apparently they also have a Boeing discount if you mention that you are a Boeing employee so that's a bonus for you Boeing workers in Everett. Unfortunately I'm not a Boeing employee so I was not entitled to the discount. This place is sort of hidden, it's located in a strip mall directly across from the BECU on Evergreen way. Everything is so good here but the one dish that I always order for myself is the Tom Yum Noodle Soup, it is packed with shrimp, squid, roasted peanuts, cilantro, ground pork, bean sprouts and rice noodles. The broth is to die for; a perfect balance of sour and spice. We've also tried the pad thai, yellow curry and it's all very good. They also have the option of choosing brown rice instead of white rice as well. Trust me, you won' t be disappointed, this place is GOOD! read more

Its really unfortunate that I feel compelled to leave a bad review but the last 2 times I've eaten there have been pretty bad. The first bad incident they had screwes up my order after I waited over half an hour for it and didn't find out until I went home. To have what I was missing delivered would have taken an hour so I had to go back. I ordered from them last night and ordered my food NOT SPICY since I have an inflammatory bowel disease that is extremely aggravated by spicy food, and there was a bright orange, chopped up pepper that I found. With. My. Mouth. Not only am I extremely sick today but the fire in my mouth was severe. This is one of my favorites Thai Restaurants in Seattle area. And if that's not convincing enough for you, our Thai friends think this place has the best Thai food they have tasted! The food is always very flavorful. Their Blossom Thai wine is nice to pair with your food (it's white wine and it's very smooth and different from most white wine out there). Never have any complaints about their customer service here. Their waiters are fast and friendly. During dinner time on some nights they have live pianist playing which creates a very romantic atmosphere. Definitely top of my recommendation list!!!! read more

I grew up in Everett and have eaten at many, many Thai restaurants. This is one of my all-time favorites. I've been eating here for about 12 years, always good. Consistent. I moved out of Everett 10 years ago, though my family and I have still eaten here quite a few times since then. My parents will come up with any excuse to go to Everett so they can bring home Zab. I am always on the lookout for entrées (especially noodle dishes) that aren't served at all Thai restaurants, and the Golden Noodle dish is fantastic. I got the pad see ew. Chicken is pretty dry & there isn't a lot of sauce. There's a bunch of clumps or noodles that have no sauce at all and it's pretty bland for that reason. So I went here with my nieces and brother in-law! First impression, nice decor! Green seats and some dark wood. But it is as comfortable as it can be! Anyway, my nieces got combo's, heck we all got lunch combo's! I got the beef Swimming Rama combo with Phad Thai, with white rice! One of my nieces had combo with curry shrimp with Phad Thai! My other had shrimp with veggies and Phad Thai combo and my brother in-law got beef with broccoli and Phad Thai combo with brown rice with looked very dark blood color rice! Dang! So my dish, the sauce on the swimming Rama was thick which was unusual because most swimming Rama sauces are a little looser! Meaning, not as thick and adds better taste! This Rama could of been better. The Phad Thai was dry! However, I would come back to try the eggplant dish and see how they make it! Anyway, if I'm ever in the area I would like to eat here again! I love Zab Thai Theres not much more to say! Okay I can say a lot but really this is my favorite Thai spot near us!! I order it door dash and go to the restaurant and both are equally good. I've heard that a lot of the places dont give as big of portions for ordering out as opposed to eating in but that is not the case with Zab. They always deliver the best. My favorite is the crispy garlic and the prawn appetizer. The prawns are wrapped in noodles and deep fried. Oh writing this review I'm starting to crave them now! Their phad thai is nice and light. Tom yum is a good dish to go with as well. Not overly spicey but still spicy enough. The sticky rice is my sons favorite he can eat 2 portions on his own LOL. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The restrooms are clean and the decor is nice. A clean restaurant. Overall a great experience for both ordering in and taking out. Our favorite thai place is closed on Sundays so we thought we would follow the reviews and try this place....maybe it was a bad night but we won't be returning. We order 3 items, cripsy cashew chicken, chicken pad see ew, chicken pad thai all with a mild rating. Starting with the pad see ew, which had a burnt after taste. Though over all the taste was ok, though I have never tried this dish before.It was rather soggy.The crispy cashew chicken had a great overall flavor, that being said this dish has been better at the other 2 places I have tried it in town. The cashew tasted like planters salted cashews, a flavor that justed didn't match the dish at all. The pad thai was ok, though I will say I've had worse. All of the chicken in all of the dishes is tough and dry..Now maybe the dine in experience is better, but we won't be going back, there are 2 places within a 5 minute drive that are 10x better for the same place. read more
