I contacted the company President, Brian Lincoln, and found him to be a very honest and compassionate individual who refunded, hours later, the amount of money in question. I wish to retract the unfavorable review I gave to the company as a whole due to the actions of one bad apple who taunted the good reputation of Redfin Plumbing. Over one year later, I am happy with the results of the job that was performed and I recommend Refin Plumbing Company.

The price was reasonable compared to previous companies I had estimates from. I had already purchased myself the replacements which was not an issue for them to install. Once I approved estimate they called main office to reschedule for them to immediately start on the requested work. They worked steadily until all the work was completed and showed me pictures taken so I didn't have to kneel down for faucets. Raul was very clear upfront what might be an issue but luckily nothing was a problem. They cleaned up as they went and hauled off all parts and trash. I will definitely be using Loyalty Plumbers in the future.

Took his time to trouble shoot. Found the problem and cleared out the issue. Epic save for Xmas weekend. After it was done, Travis went around to see if there were any other troublesome issues. Shared them but wasn't pushing to fix. Another plus. They could've charged and arm and a leg to have him come out. But it was reasonably priced and will be used again.

They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24" above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. I expanded the issue. she said she was driving and couldn't take the information. she asked that I text my address and issue. I did that and received a text back saying that some one was on the way and would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived and suggested that the sink be completely "replumbed" and said he he could fix it now for a price of $597. I agreed to have the work done. He left to get parts. When he got back he went to work. When he showed me that it was done. The clog was cleared and there were no leaks. He had used very lightweight parts (much smaller than he replaced) to fix it. The parts he used are listed at Home Depot for less than $20. I had agreed to the price so I paid him. He said my receipt would be emailed. it was not. This was Saturday and the following Monday was Labor Day so I called on Tuesday. when I got the receipt it didn't have any pricing details. It showed the work that was done and the total price. $597 to fix a clogged drain. I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor and how much surcharge for work done on Saturday. I asked if there was extra charge because of holiday weekend. I was told that someone would call me back. No one called. I paid almost $600 to unclog my bathroom drain because I approved the work and the price. I expected better quality parts and an explanation of the charges. I won't use this company again. Very much overpriced and no customer service from the office. UPDATE - September 18: After posting this review, a company representative contacted me. On September 9, he emailed me stating that after discussing the $597 charge with ownership, they agreed the rate was "a little higher than usual" and would issue a $147 credit. I thanked him and again requested a breakdown of the original $597 charge for parts, labor, Saturday service, and any holiday-weekend surcharge. I still have not received that information. Today I received notice that the refund will be $127 instead of the $147 promised in writing, with no explanation for the $20 difference. I appreciate the company responding and offering a partial refund, but I am disappointed that the refund amount differs from what was promised and that I still have not received an explanation of the original charges.

He came off very professional and said his guys would her on Monday afternoon--which they did on time and listened to my concerns not to scratch my washer/dryer . The guys were professional as well.
