Raul and staff were very professional and thorough in reviewing the areas where I needed 2 toilets replaced and 2 faucets replaced. The price was reasonable compared to previous companies I had estimates from. I had already purchased myself the replacements which was not an issue for them to install. Once I approved estimate they called main office to reschedule for them to immediately start on the requested work. They worked steadily until all the work was completed and showed me pictures taken so I didn't have to kneel down for faucets. Raul was very clear upfront what might be an issue but luckily nothing was a problem. They cleaned up as they went and hauled off all parts and trash. Do not trust this company. They went to my elderly mother n laws house for a water heater leak and gave her a price of almost $3200 with financing it was going to be $4380. I called Loyalty and explained that I had water overflowing from the drip pan under my hot water heater. They immediately scheduled me for an estimate the next day. (called Thursday, they came Friday.) Juan and his crew arrived on timed within 10 minutes told me that the hot water heater had an Internal crack and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a total of $2200.00 to replace my 40 gallon gas water heater in the attic. They had one in their truck, so the install took a couple of hours. That's it! I am curious about all the positive reviews, but I will warn you with my experience. I called in for a water pressure issue on our shower. The technician said he was going to try to replace the cartridge and see if that fixed it. He said it didn't and the valve was broken behind, so he had to tier down the wall to replace the entire valve. It was until after he left, that I saw the faucet was now leaking. I called back immediately and they said they warned me that the valve could break and that it was a common thing. No one warned me about "breaking the valve", the issue wasn't that bad on the first place, so I would not have allowed the work in that case. I tired to contact the owner, he was conveniently out, and I never got a call back. This is a year-old valve. It didn't take too much "Googling" to find out those Moen cartridges are replaced on 20-30 year old valves carefully without breaking. That made me weary. It turned out they installed the cartridge incorrectly breaking a gasket and leaving pieces of the old one inside. In the end, the fix turned out to be a simple cartridge replacement. Unfortunately, and based on other similar reviews, this story seems to be common, and potentially a practice to increase the job size since this was a warranty job. I am sure the owner will respond here with an excuse saying that this is normal, and It was my fault for not understanding "how this works". Judge yourself. read more

I had a water leak near my pool equipment. I called Loyalty Plumbing and they showed up on time. The two technicians were very professional and explained what they intended to do. Within 5 minutes they found the leak and it turned out to be a sprinkler valve. They explained that they are not licensed to do sprinklers, but could call a sprinkler guy if I wanted and told me what he would charge to fix it. They arranged the repair AND DIDN'T charge me for their call! The sprinkler guy showed up and fixed my sprinkler and charged a very fair price. These guys not only don't know your head from your tail! but they also have some real audacity! Our vacation home has a little casita on the back and with the cold one pipe water pressure was affected and detached. The cleaning crew was on site and contacted us right away with video and pictures. We called Loyalty Plumbing right away. It was Sunday morning. They gave us an appointment for 3-5 pm, and were quoted $175 for emergency call that were going to be good towards the repair. Close to 4 pm, (after us begging on the phone every hour following up begging because the garden was flooded and going to the neighbor's side too). one guy arrives and says he is just there to shut the water. Then leaves. We do not understand what is going on. We start calling again. The guy on the phone says that since it was so flooded the person that came was not able to access so he had to "go get some boots". We tell them that later nobody will be there but they can access through the yard gate. Around 7pm a second guy arrived (I guess the other one could not find booths). Starts knocking on the door. Since there is no response he is ready to leave. My husband realizes what is happening through the cameras and calls right away. He gets a hold of the person in the house and has to bring him into the loop (great communication among your team!!). It is 7pm. Of course, it is super dark at this point. We see on the security cameras that he went with a lantern and tried to assess the situation. The next day they sent out a quote for $4,750 claiming that you need to re-pipe everything in the casita. We did not know what to do and decided to try to get a second opinion. Four days later we get a bill from Loyalty Plumbing for $450!!?? We called in to try to find out what the bill was for. No answer over the phone (we left numerous voicemails). We emailed asking what the invoice was for and the replay saying "The repair" ... we are like... what the h**? there have been no repairs! So we keep trying to connect with them and all we get is auto responses asking us not to forget to leave a review. Then I send a long and sour email about everything that has happened d and inform them I will be opening a claim in BBB and will also not forget to make my reviews. After that email, I opened the BBB claim. THEN they reply in detail winning that I do not value their time since I do not agree to pay. That I should not worry about paying because I am not treating them right and that my review will not be valid since I did not pay. Then they include a picture of my broken pipe and say that there is a picture of the repair...??? As of today it has not been repaired. They gave me three estimates -- low cost, medium and high. I elected the medium cost -- but it turned out that the style I wanted only came in the highest priced items. Since they had already given me a quote on the medium, they gave me the excellent fixtures for that price. I expected to have my house torn up for days, but the two installers, Junior and Juan, came in and got to work and never stopped. They politely answered all my questions. After they left with $185 charged, I took out the cartridge and clean a little bit and put it back it work no more leaking. My shower was dripping water. Loyalty Plumbing diagnosed the problem - they first replaced seals and when that didn't fix it, they diagnosed it as a worn out shower valve. They returned the next day and fixed it promptly. Its been working well so far. I wish they retained receipt for the valve so that the homeowner can file for warranty coverage. This is the only downside - would take off half star for this. But other than that, good work! read more
