When they stated that I signed the documents; I clarified that I had signed no documents. The paperwork was handed to me as the technician was pulling away. He never verified with me that both tanks were empty. Only took $316 of my money.

There was a problem with the wiring and they were able to place a temporary pump in the system until they could get the parts they need to fix it. They returned the next business day and within an hour had everything refurbished and working as good as new.
