There was a problem with the wiring and they were able to place a temporary pump in the system until they could get the parts they need to fix it. They returned the next business day and within an hour had everything refurbished and working as good as new. Sorry) came out to assess the damage with a better quality/more powerful snake. Then he realized he was going to have to bring in the big dog equipment and would have to come back the next day. As promised, he was back first thing this morning with extra equipment and an extra guy. They were here for maybe an hour and our shower was draining again! Both guys were incredibly courteous and kind and explained what they were doing throughout the process. And I don't know how much money this usually costs, but the price did NOT break the bank, which was a huge relief during the holidays. On two different occasions they took almost 2 months to service my property even though I'd been on their service schedule multiple times.
