They diagnosed and fixed an issue with my ejector pump in under an hour that previous companies either wouldn't handle or couldn't figure out. Pricing was very fair, especially by today's standards. Service was so good I scheduled maintenance of my system for later in the week. I'll be recommending them to friends and family with complete confidence.

Claude Ai recommended 4G Septic. I called and spoke with Mike. They came out the next day to probe the tanks and to offer a free quote. They were friendly and professional. The quote was $1,100!!! Over the next few days they came back out earlier than expected and had the tanks pumped out, crushed and backfilled. The whole experience was positive. I highly recommend 4G Septic for all your septic needs.

If you decide to go with this company, please look over your invoice as they will attempt to charge you for services that developed due to their inability to keep appointments. It was next to impossible to get someone to call me back (and I finally heard back from them a week later!). I had heard about Ricky Bonds Water Systems from a neighbor and got someone on the line immediately. Not only that, they had someone at the house that same day to diagnose the issue. I was afraid it was the pump, but it turned out to be a small, inexpensive fix. Fast forward to yesterday, the water was not coming on for the sprinkler system. Called them again this morning, they had 2 very nice men here within a few hours and, again, it was a small, inexpensive issue. I am so impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.

This is the second time I call Texas Premier Plumbing to check a problem in my house…read more I was told by another plumber that the job will cost over $600, but when I called them for a second opinion, They came on-time, did the camera inspection and diagnosis, and discovered that the issue is not in my house, but in the main sewer. I paid a fraction of the price of what the other professional requested, and for the repair, I need no more than calling the City of Houston and ask them to take care of it. I am a happy customer, and I recommend TPP with all my heart.

Beware: Texas Premier Plumbing Did Not Complete the Work They Claimed…read more I hired Texas Premier Plumbing twice to tunnel under my home and replace all cast-iron plumbing. Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. I trusted them -- and they failed me.
