He diagnosed it on site and called Don, the owner, who priced it over the phone. When I mentioned I had several other quotes, Don came back with a number that matched them. No argument, no runaround. I also told them I couldn't pay that day and they did the work anyway and told me to settle up the next day. I'm a veteran and I've dealt with plenty of contractors. That kind of trust is rare. German was excellent. Tree roots had broken the PVC line right at the meter. He showed me the break, explained the repair, replaced the bad section with PEX and brass fittings, and tested everything before he left. He also took time to teach me how the line runs from the meter to the house and what to watch for going forward. Genuinely useful knowledge, not a sales pitch. Assessed and fixed the same day. These guys are honest and they know what they're doing.

We called over the weekend when we found their information and setup an appointment for a free appraisal the following Monday. We were given a window starting at 8 am and Louis showed up at 7:45! Within just a few minutes he confirmed it was in fact black mold and they would be able to help us. He described what the process would be like and provided a quote. We attempted to obtain a second quote, but never received a response back from the second company, which is fine because they wanted $200 just to come out! We called Dry More back Thursday and they were able to give us a Saturday appointment. His team of technicians were very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They had the sheet rock removed and everything cleaned and wiped down within 2 hours. They had to leave behind equipment to properly dry the area that needed to run for 24 hours but his tech offered to get approval to come back Sunday to pick everything up, even though they don't work on Sundays. I appreciate the quick response to our situation which could have been worse if we waited much longer to take care of it. I hope we won't get into another situation that will require this type of service, but if we do, I'm definitely giving Louis a call.
