One wouldn't even come look before quoting. Another gave me a minimum over the phone with no ceiling on it. A&D sent their tech German out to actually look at the job first. He diagnosed it on site and called Don, the owner, who priced it over the phone. When I mentioned I had several other quotes, Don came back with a number that matched them. No argument, no runaround. I also told them I couldn't pay that day and they did the work anyway and told me to settle up the next day. I'm a veteran and I've dealt with plenty of contractors. That kind of trust is rare. German was excellent. Tree roots had broken the PVC line right at the meter. He showed me the break, explained the repair, replaced the bad section with PEX and brass fittings, and tested everything before he left. He also took time to teach me how the line runs from the meter to the house and what to watch for going forward. Genuinely useful knowledge, not a sales pitch. Assessed and fixed the same day. These guys are honest and they know what they're doing.

I am a happy customer, and I recommend TPP with all my heart.

Beware: Texas Premier Plumbing Did Not Complete the Work They Claimed…read more I hired Texas Premier Plumbing twice to tunnel under my home and replace all cast-iron plumbing. Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. I trusted them -- and they failed me.

That's the small plunger you push to have the water go to the shower head I had a handyman try to repair it but he wasn't able to. My insurance company sent Bailey Plumbing my contact info. The appointment process was the easiest I ever had to deal with. I received a call back from a man named Reggie. He was friendly and sounded knowledgeable. We made an appointment and said he would call 30 minutes before arriving. Well he did call and arrived on time. He looked at the shower situation and said no problem. He made the repair and replacement. He put the tile back like new and cleaned up the area. He ran the water several times to ensure all was working the way it should. To my surprise on the way out I found out that he, Reginald Gould, is the owner of Bailey Plumbing. I will definitely be calling him in the future and telling others about Bailey Plumbing.!!!
