After it was delivered, they kept the lawnmower for several weeks. When I received a phone call I went over to the shop. The owner told me I needed a tune up. The oil was black. The filter was dirty. I tuned the lawnmower a week before I had it delivered. He marched out to the lawnmower and told me I was wrong. He took off the filter cover and it was brand new! He still argued with me and he charged me for the tune up!!! I do not know how to add a photo, but the blade is an old, used blade. It does NOT cut. I wonder if he even changed the blade!? Did they even check for damage to the engine due to the fact i ran over an object. Untrustworthy. I went back to dispute the charges. The blade is at least 3/4 rusted. He told me I was wrong. i have to mow the lawn twice. And then weed eat over the entire area. Blades of grass are sticking up randomly. he implied I was lying.

Glancing at the other reviews, from what I understand, rebuilding or cleaning a carburetor is a pretty normal fix on small engines. Fuel issues, like dirty fuel, or debris getting into the carb after the fact can cause "revving" noises.
