He then spent 2 hours in my home just to end up using Freon and charging $300. The issue still wasn't fixed, but instead of a refund the company offered to come back and repair it for no additional charge. Well turns out the issue was something completely different and they wanted to charge me $600 to fix what they told me would be no charge. But as a "courtesy" they'd deduct the initial $300 from when they didn't repair it first. After coming to completely rig and destroy my unit they harassed me for money and the unit went out AGAIN a week and a half later and will cost thousands to repair what they rigged together using zipties and leaving loose wires out. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
