Contacted the company about the issue and the response was to use someone else because they can't do anything about it. No compensation, no apology! When they stated that I signed the documents; I clarified that I had signed no documents. The paperwork was handed to me as the technician was pulling away. He never verified with me that both tanks were empty. Only took $316 of my money.
