The first TV they did was our large 75" in our living room and due to something with the framing or walls of our home - the original mount I wanted would make the TV not 100% straight. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

They were very professional, made sure to work with me on the exact options on the TV mount and how it would be mounted (ie - could they hit a stud and get dead center on the wall). I noticed that they also tested the mount to make sure how secure it was prior to adding the TV (even though it was a fairly small 43 inch TV). Also very polite and made sure to vacuum up the small amount of dust from drilling into the wall. I will definitely use them again.

I found Tech Mounting Pros using Yelp's "Project" feature after needing a handyman to come install…read morea tv to a bedroom wall in my house. The installer was quick to reply to my messages and questions about costs and time of availability. For one 55" TV the flat rate was $120 which seemed reasonable. I already had the TV mount purchased from online, I just needed someone to put it all together. The technician arrived at the specified time and date. He brought his own tools and vacuum to clean up after the work was done. It took about an hour to get it all done. At the end of the day, the tech did what he was hired to do. To get the tv mounted on the wall. However, after he left I turned the tv on and the top left corner had a pretty large dead pixel. One of those created only by applying too much pressure to the display. Most likely occurred during the lifting of the tv. I was proactive about the whole situation, contacted the tv vendor who I purchased the tv from and they were going to send a replacement tv overnight. I reached back out to the tech after the phone call and explained to him that the tv encountered display damage during the installation process. I didn't make a big deal about it, I just asked if he could return later this week to swap the TV's out. He gave me no pushback and agreed to come back when the new tv arrived. The TV arrived a day later than expected and the tech was not available to come by the day it arrived. I was determined to get this over with because I had to return to work the next day and also had to deal with shipping the damaged tv back so I managed to swap them out myself. Although the tech did offer to return to swap the TV's out at no additional cost I didn't get prorated for the subpar service that was done which is fine but next time if a 55" is too big for one person to mount I suggest maybe bringing an extra set of hands for help.
