7.19.24 All I can say is WOW! What a wonderful company. I called and spoke with Niles. He was so polite and answered all my questions. We had a broken aerator and needed it fix ASAP. He said he would call me back in about 15 minutes. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and said Mike could come out today. Other companies say they will call you back and hours pass. Not 4G! Way to go 4G! Now that's what service is suppose to be like. Mike let me know when he was on his way and his arrival time. He arrived and what a nice gentlemen. My husband stayed with him while he did the repairs. He informed my husband on a few things and also fixed a sprayer head we just had replaced with another company. Unfortunately, we are in a contract with another company, but the minute this contract ends we will be switching over to 4G immediately. These guys came from Spring to Pearland to check my septic were polite, professional, and thorough. Even though it was a free visit they will be my go to for every septic need in the future. The company I paid lots too 7 months ago wanted 175 to come check the covers (I have a smell) that they removed and cleaned it out for quite a hefty fee...They also advised what I should do to keep the good health of my system and that I do not need a pump out every year like I was told by the other company. 4G Septic Solutions is a phenomenal company. Our main line to the septic tanks kept on backing up, even though we had the septic tank emptied only 4 months ago. We used a snake to unclog it, but within 2 months, it was clogged again. We finally decided that we needed to call in the experts. It turns out that we have an additional septic tank, (the main one), that we weren't aware of. I have no clue how our previous septic service provider wasn't aware and didn't empty the main tank.
