Paid this company over $8,000 to repair drip field on my property in August of 2024. In December of 2024 the company still did not have a date to complete the job so I requested a refund. They did everything correctly and got his trucks running and operational for him to service his customers. And he screwed them out of our they're hard earned money and three days of their time...and laughed about it. He should pay the bill and stop this nonsense and stop cheating little girls who work for their money. Just because she is a girl mechanic doesn't mean you can disrespect her if anything you should praise her for fixing your rusted out cooroded burned up electrical system. Hello my names Kaytlyn Justine Rabbitt and I am a diesel mechanic and this was a client of my company Pro Comm Equipment Services run by Charles Rumfolo and he had called in saying there was no power and would not start as we examined it, it came down to a burned out starter but it still wouldn't start so next it was the burned out solenoid and I personally went and got that part out of pocket then there was an issue with with the breaker being burned out as well witch I again paid for outta pocket and last but definitely not least there were damaged and blown electronic control module [ECM] all of these issues happen separately that is because once replacing the issue is caused the already worn parts to finally malfunction not to mention my boss Charles and I were pulling our very few last strings to make sure this customer had his truck fixed because you are supposed to be loyal to your customers and provide for them of course we worked from day light to dark even till after dark with flash lights especially after this so called man who walks around with a Bowie knife on his hip was being mortifyingly disrespectful to my boss using foul language and name calling as Charels politely and calmly tried to reassure the customer (the customers always right) welllllll..... sometimes there's a line that can be crossed and he sure did but after that first truck he had another truck towed to the property and asked us to fix it as well and us being the generous folk we are we did there was a busted u joint witch was fixed at the end of the two jobs it was about 10 pm it was a three day job and that was our only focus it's to get his trucks up and running to make him money the next morning I sent out his invoice where he refused to pay it around $2,000 he felt as tho our work was unworthy of the pay and the response from him was we just messed everything up and didn't fix anything and that we weren't allowed on the property or els the police would be called and that it was the last message to be sent to us yet I even took a video of the septic poo poo truck running and there were no complications would make me to believe he's to offended that a girl worked on and fixed his truck or he is selfish and believes he is higher than anyone els on this earth where he doesn't have to pay for or show appreciation of others profession in this world you can't always receive you have to give some to earn some and I gave my hard earned time for three days and I gave every cent I had to my name to the cost of these parts which was around $400 to this man in the hope's he would be respectful enough to pay me the cost of them back but no he did not! So that's like 2,400 of my money kaytlyn Justine freaking rabbitt is who I am yes I'm a girl doing a man's job....... And?? What right does any man have to try and degrade a woman of her worth... if anything there should be more women out there doing a man's job because everyone has this so called detailed plan of how life is supposed to go well why WOUKD you wanna listen to what other people told you the rules are it's all about your morals and what you as a person decide to live by and me I'm a hard worker who deserves to be rewarded by their work... he caused me to fall behind on my bills to live the life I live!! And put a hold on my company that I am a co owner of because not only did I put all my earned money into this job and time I also didn't get anything as a thank you for fixing my truck or here you go here's the money you rightfully deserve I have people I take care of and animals and a freaking business to withhold and keep up because IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY I am still struggling because that put me out way more than 2,400 that put me in the negative witch over draws! And I can't not have a place to live or food to eat barley have fuel for my vehicle for work.. this man's...... sorry correction !BOYS! Breached contract did not perform 8th inspection. High level alarm went off during contact period and received no call. When I called for service the arrived days after contract expired and wanted to charge us service call said I was not a customer. Call office and they asked for my issues in writing. We provided them and received no response. We called to inform A1 we had filed a complaint with TCEQ and Terry said I was not polite and out of contract. Don't waste your time. June 24, 2015 I called A1 Septic because I noticed a swampy sewage looking area in my back pasture. When they came out they didn't even look at the swampy area! They jumped in selling me services that weren't even needed, nor did any of the services rendered fix our problem in the pasture. I was charged over $3600, obviously upset with the entire situation I spoke to the manager only to get broken promises! I have called several times within the past weeks to speak to the manager and or owner to come to a resolution with no return call back from either one. BEWARE of A1 Cleaning Septic Services. It's been a complete nightmare and scam for our family!
