I really thought we had found a decent service company but NOPE! Last week we had an alarm going off and the system down and on a Saturday. left 6 voicemails, and two emails and finally on TUESDAY, i found their address and drove over to their office. They denied any emergency calls had come in and no emails either. They then did come out and we thought fixed the problem. Then today one week later the system is down again and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE AGAIN! I am done with this poor service. read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! They will get you sued and the ignore you!!! One star is being kind. We hired this company to service our monthly maintenance and report to the county. They have came 6 times for the past two years, when our contract very clearly states they're supposed to be here 12 times per year. We received 4 lawsuits from the State of Texas because apparently they haven't submitted anything at all. We've been trying to contact them for a week straight with no response from the "owner" "office manager" Robin. The receptionist Liz is absolutely no help either. Robin comes to work in between the hours of 11am-1pm and they stop answering phones at 4pm. Now my company is having to seek legal counsel to deal with all these fines, in addition to the travel expenses for our owners that don't even reside in the US because its mandatory to be in court. read more

Today Oct 27, 2022 Texas Pride Septic came out to remove a stopped up sewer pipe that was between my toilet and my sewer tanks. A plumber came yesterday and after 3 hrs and 2 huge machines he used couldn't get through to the stopped up area. I've used Texas Pride before and they had helped me with this same problem 5 yrs ago.  I also had them empty my 2 tanks while they were here. David & Bower were awesome!  They answered all of my questions! Very professional and courteous men!  I will always call them because they have always come to my rescue, thank the Lord!!! read more

We hired this company to do a Septic System Inspection, we paid for the inspection and we never received the report. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!!! I don't think they ever completed the inspection. Last week, I had to call a new pump out company to pump out the lift station of a property that I manage. The toilets were backing up and apparently the lift station was full again. The company I normally use wasn't answering their phones and my tenants were not being patient. I called Texas Pride Septic. The girl that answered the phone was able to squeeze me in but told me she couldn't make any promises as to what time they would make it. So I waited and waited. Later the same day I called around and found another company that could come out the next morning so I called Texas Pride Septic back to cancel the appointment. The person that answered happened to be Robin, the owner. She heard the panic in my voice and was able to reroute another truck to my property and get us pumped out within two hours. Well, her technicians were surprised that I was having to get pumped out weekly and checked our pump. Come to find out, my normal company hasn't fixed my broken pump and is just charging me to come out weekly. Texas Pride Septic came out today and fixed the pump (they had to wait for the pump to come in). Now it should be awhile before I have to shell out more money to pump out that properties' lift station. I am so happy with the service and the price. They are my new go to for pumping. read more

Was sent this company by my home warranty company. Scheduled quickly and came out the next day (once they rec'd work order as they say they never got initial order). Diagnosed problem quickly and offered replacement part for $550, to which I asked if that would be billed to home warranty company. He didn't realize I was through the service so he called to get authorization. He told home warranty company the charge would be $650!! Now $150 over my policy limits. When I spoked to him about the difference he said, "Well Miss, you gotta understand, we have to charge a different price as it takes 90 days to get our money from the warranty company!" $100 charge for 90 days financing is basically what he said! That's higher than any card I know of! Bad business practice to charge different prices!! read more

Buyer beware with this company. They destroyed my yard because they used a backhoe with a bucket when the trencher they brought broke down. Their work was subpar and it was discovered they failed to add adhesive to several joints so my yard was sitting in non potable water. When I asked Niles the owner about returning my yard to its original condition he brought a yard of dirt spread it around which did little to nothing. Add to this that the staff was verbally abusive towards each other and dropped f bombs during an argument among themselves. Not dependable, extremely slow to respond to anything. Had problems with our field lines, it was indicated to me that the line was broken in several places with a ball park estimate of $4000, The actual estimate for the job would arrive in our email in the morning. Waited 2 weeks and called about our estimate " OK, it got lost, we're working on that now". Another two weeks, where's our estimate? Lost again, we're working on it. I never received any more information from this place, and this has been 2 to 3 months ago. I have lined up another company to do the work. And this is not the first time, they screwed up our field lines and it took them six months to come out and fix that years ago. They need to take the word "pride" out of their name, and replace it with the word "crap". read more

Worst service I've ever seen. I needed them to service my septic system, as the alarms went off, even though they repaired it a little over a year ago. It's been almost 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and messages left for them and they still haven't gotten back to me. Don't do it! Trying to remove the hatch to one of our septic tanks, the workers hit the corner repeatedly trying to "pop it up" until it drove the hatch into the tank lid and cracked the tank's top. On the second tank, they stripped the threads on the screw-in plug and didn't tell us and covered it up with grass and dirt. This caused rain to fill the tank. Get someone else! read more

I paid them over 1800.00 dollars about two months ago and just got fix. The first time they came back they said that they don't know want happen the second time they said the breaker box was wire wrong the third time they said the pump was put in upside down. I call them to let them about everything that happen I was told that she would let the owner know and that I would get a call from the owner. No one ever call me. We've used them more than once to clear lines and/or clean tanks and they did the job. However, I can't say they're troubleshooters or do diagnostics. If you don't know what your problem is, you may need to contact a plumber first in order to ID problem. Once it is determined it is related to septic, THEN call these people as they'll do the job. read more
