This request was AFTER my other plumber of several yrs did not come out to do the work on Friday or Sat. The Owner of Fair Price Plumbing TX named Dennis was the 1st business to reply to my request. He quoted a fair price (lower than my other plumber) AND was available the same day. What a Blessing!!!! I booked Dennis and he arrived 10 mins early, dressed professionally in uniform, very cordial and he even put shoe covers on over his work boots to protect my floors. He went straight to work and was done in no time flat. He took a picture of the old wax ring to show me where the awful smell was "probably" coming from.
