We so appreciate the fact that Knights was honest and transparent with us and let us know the best course of action for us would be to call on the leak detection experts saving us time, headaches, and money. Their team will troubleshoot until they identify the problem, provide a solution, and ensure you are taken care of quickly. I experienced intermittent pressure loss, even after changing my filter. I also drained my 100-gallon tank to flush out any debris and bypassed my water-softening system to see if that was the culprit. Almeda initially guided me through these steps to help save me some money. Ultimately, they sent two technicians over the same day to diagnose the issue, checking the tank, breakers, and pipes back to the well. They discovered a leak about three feet down, which could not be repaired immediately, so they scheduled a follow-up for the next day.
