Do I recommend this business, absolutely!! We had a leak that started on Christmas Eve, We had originally contacted rotors-rooter and they kept delaying the appointment. Desperate I called Knughts and they had someone out in minutes. Unfortunately our issue is a little more involved and they referred us to a leak detection service, which we so appreciate. The other plumbers had said they were going to need to cut holes in the wall to try and find the leak. We so appreciate the fact that Knights was honest and transparent with us and let us know the best course of action for us would be to call on the leak detection experts saving us time, headaches, and money. I really dont want to leave any.stars but I have to, because honesty goes a long way, and As a business man myself i take pride to know that I never tried to get over on a customer. We have a confirmed leak by another plumber, However, when Cody from Knights plumbing came he was in my house for no more than five minutes, and said there was a animal living in my wall. He said it was urine, and that we needed to pay him $298 for coming out. We confirmed with ABC that there weren't any animals, and that it was water because there was no smell. I knew he wasn't honest and was trying to run a game on my wife because I wasn't there. There was no way he could have seen anything from my attic, because the attic is above my game room upstairs. At no point during the scheduling did anyone say that there was a visit fee. Which i have no problem paying, but I am not crazy, and when Cody called me he said the price, and i told him i needed to contact the home office. He then said he would be the one to call the office with a.horriblen attitude. He asked me If he was supposed to work for free. Then he hung up in my face. Maybe he was having a bad day, and was tired, but i shouldn't have to be the victim of that. I'm not saying the company is crooked by no means, but Cody is. read more

I would first like to express that this is the 3rd time I've used their services, and it has always been stellar. It was just this recent experience that prompted me to provide this review. After describing my situation over the phone, I was quoted $98.50/hour (1 hr. minimum). The plumber came on-time, used his equipment, and drafted the bill. I was expecting a bill of $98.50 but instead, was told it would be $150! After speaking with the owner, he told me that he was actually giving me a "deal" since the standard flat-rate for clogs is $195. I told him about his phone quote of $98.50 to which he said that he'd honor, but now he would have to add an "equipment" fee! This fee was only $35 but I was bothered by the fact that it was not previously disclosed to me even when I spoke with the owner twice on the phone about my situation prior to scheduling the job. Again, the service was great, but I would caution folks to inquire about "fees". read more

Knights Plumbing came out the same day I called and were able to find the leak and fix the problem very quickly at a very reasonable price. Not only did they fix the leak, the service man changed a light bulb for my elderly mother. That is going above and beyond. Well done Knights Plumbing!
