This company not only has great plumbing technicians but I am also very impressed with the logistics of making this company run. Stacy is on top of things, I always get a call back when I request information. PPS replaced all the plumbing from the street to the back apartment on the property. Not only was it done on a timely manner, but very clean as well. This company has done small jobs and large jobs for us and am very happy with their services. The value for the money is fantastic. Primary Plumbing saved our home from greater damage during the winter storm in February. They dispatched a plumber, Ruben Alex, to cut off our water main within an hour! Repairs began the following day and when the freeze was over we needed two tankless water heaters replaced. They were installed the same day equipment was available and our water and hot water has been restored. We have a lot of other damage to the home due to burst pipes, but we were extremely happy we trusted Primary Plumbing to handle this emergency for our family. Our hot water heater went out and two incredibly unprofessional people came to our home and worked on the heater for several hours, they were watching stuff on their phones laughing and chatting in Spanish, I could hear comedy skits on their phones..basically having a good time on our dime. They left my attic an absolute mess that we had to go clean up, they had to use our towels and rags to clean up water and they left them in our attic to mold. The water heater went out a week later and again we called them out because we had no choice to use them because the previous job they had done was credited back to us. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 and was 1 hour late, they are supposed to were shoe covers and stopped wearing them halfway through the job, it was very wet, muddy and raining that day. They were in my home until 1:30pm. They trashed my home and damaged walls, carpets and trim. The owner showed up to my home the next day with one of the workers that was in my home and did the damage and was rude to me the moment I opened the door to greet him, he was talking to his worker in Spanish so I could understand what he was saying, he was rolling his eyes at me, arguing with me, laughing with his worker at me, he never apologized for the damage. He said that my stairs were very winding and it was hard to get the new water heater up the stairs, I made excuses and basically blamed my home for the damage and mess they made, he had a magic eraser and a bottle of water and wanted to start cleaning my walls, I was raising his voice at me and slamming items in the bucket he had with him when I told him all we wanted was for him to see the damage and check the work done, he got mad when I didn't want him scrubbing on my walls and slammed his stuff into the bucket yelling at me because I wanted to call my boyfriend before he did anything or put stuff on our walls, as I walked down the stairs to get my phone he said he didn't have time for this and I clearly didn't want his help and left my home. Primary Plumbing came to my rescue in a hurry!!! I put a call in about my hot water heater needing to be replaced on Tuesday evening and by Wednesday afternoon, I had a brand new water heater!!! They did the install and left my laundry room clean and tidy with no trace they had even been there (except that I had hot water after having been without FOR 9 DAYS)!!! Further, on Tuesday evening I got a txt from the owner asking if I had any questions, asking if I was satisfied, and making sure I had tested for myself the entire house and had hot water from every faucet.
