I couldn't be happier with the service Epic provided. He came out to repair a bathtub faucet that had been leaking behind the wall after I unsuccessfully attempted the repair myself. While YouTube can be a great resource, there are definitely some things that only come with experience and knowing the tricks of the trade. Christian (Epic Plumber) quickly identified what needed to be done, installed the new faucet correctly, and even verified the repair by using the access panel behind the tub to ensure there were absolutely no leaks inside the wall. That extra step gave me real peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. One thing I especially appreciated was that he put on boot covers before coming inside. I don't allow outside shoes on the upstairs carpet, and without me even having to ask, he took the initiative to protect my home. It's becoming harder to find contractors who genuinely care about doing quality work and treating a customer's home with respect. Epic exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs. read more

I was amazed by the level of customer service from epic plumbing, you could say it was epic! They arranged an appointment at the perfect time, were prompt and professional with a highly knowledgeable technician. Gave multiple options and I Will honestly say the pricing was reasonable for the job and they tried every possible way to get the price as low as they could. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing need you may have. read more

They did a repair and I wasent gonna originally leave a review as my situation was an odd one but they wanted to refuse doing repair after saying they could because they payment was coming from the company that caused the damage so for that I was treated rudely and with massive disrespect but I was in a bind and they were already on scene so I was able to get the people that caused the damage to call and they did the repair well I thought apperantly they put a bandage on a problem now just over a year later and their bandaid broke and they want to charge me a second time if I could give 0 stars I would ill be finding a way to contact someone ro get my voice heard you should fix things appropriately and stand behind your work for more then just 1 year now I gotta get ahold of the original company that did the damage and try to find a company that will fix properly read more

Last week our sewer line backed up into our home due to roots and damage to the line. My husband called Epic Plumbing and they were able to come out that morning snake the line, run a camera down and come up with a plan on how to fix it. They also ran a camera inside the house and also fixed our master toilet and cleaned out the plumbing under our home! We moved here a year ago and learned the original home owner did no up keep and wasn't here for 4 to 5 years. The price was right and we will use Epic in the future when we start really remodeling our home! Very impressed! Thank you guys! read more

Please beware of this company! Please get price quote in writing, else you will get rude surprise. We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00! The company owner, Todd, said that their minimum charge is $ 195.00!! At this rate, we all should be plumbers!! Crook is hardly begins to describe them. read more

This review is for Customer Service only. I had contacted half a dozen plumbing companies and only 3 got back to me. Epic was one of the three. I received a call from Sarah explaining that they would be unable to do the work as I was too far outside their service area. However, she gave me the names and phone numbers for other companies that were closer to me. Let that sink in; Sarah took the time to call me and gave me the info of other plumbing companies. If their plumbers are as good as their customer service reps, they will be great!! read more

Best plumbing company ever! They are always timely and professional. We have an older home and have had a few plumbing issues the last few years. This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry. You won't be disappointed! During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up! Thanks Todd and the Epic service team! cBiz read more

I recently had a problem with the main sewer line at my home. I contacted Epic plumbing and Michael was sent out. He was so friendly, personable, and more importantly, he was knowledgeable. The service he performed was great. Professional work, done in a timely manner, and at a great cost for the service. Thanks Jake. You and your team are awesome. I will never hesitate to call you again for any future plumbing needs or refer you to others for their plumbing needs. read more

Cast iron sewer collapsing. Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan. I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them. Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose. That company did a free estimate. They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands. They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off. read more

Albert and Devin replaced a leaky kitchen faucet after assessing the plumbing issue. Both men were friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work at a good pace and to my satisfaction. Albert did need to come back to adjust the faucet. He was out the next morning and performed the work perfectly. Would recommend Epic Plumbing and Albert and Devin read more

We had a whole house water filtration system installed that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee. I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. It's for that reason I have no trouble recommending Joseph and EPIC Services!! read more

I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock! read more
