Last week our sewer line backed up into our home due to roots and damage to the line. My husband called Epic Plumbing and they were able to come out that morning snake the line, run a camera down and come up with a plan on how to fix it. They also ran a camera inside the house and also fixed our master toilet and cleaned out the plumbing under our home! We moved here a year ago and learned the original home owner did no up keep and wasn't here for 4 to 5 years. We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00! I received a call from Sarah explaining that they would be unable to do the work as I was too far outside their service area. Cast iron sewer collapsing. Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan. I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them. Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose. That company did a free estimate. They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands. They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off. read more

We had a whole house water filtration system installed that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee. I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home.
