I called several places and was getting a bunch of fluff and bs. Someone recommended Keith and I am very happy they did. Keith and his crew showed up to replace the faucets and were and are very professional and knowledgeable. While they were here I showed him my powder room that I was in the middle of messing up. Told him I'd like to have the ugly standard builder sink and mirror removed and swapped out with what I had ordered. He gave me an outstanding quote and I finally was able to get the work done today. I am beyond happy that he completed the job and I wasn't charged 5k like Lowe's wanted to charge. I highly recommend flat-out plumbing before any other company. They just gained a customer for life and I will be sure to let everyone know who to call when they need work!

Very professional, fast service.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.

One wouldn't even come look before quoting. Another gave me a minimum over the phone with no ceiling on it. A&D sent their tech German out to actually look at the job first. He diagnosed it on site and called Don, the owner, who priced it over the phone. When I mentioned I had several other quotes, Don came back with a number that matched them. No argument, no runaround. I also told them I couldn't pay that day and they did the work anyway and told me to settle up the next day. I'm a veteran and I've dealt with plenty of contractors. That kind of trust is rare. German was excellent. Tree roots had broken the PVC line right at the meter. He showed me the break, explained the repair, replaced the bad section with PEX and brass fittings, and tested everything before he left. He also took time to teach me how the line runs from the meter to the house and what to watch for going forward. Genuinely useful knowledge, not a sales pitch. Assessed and fixed the same day. These guys are honest and they know what they're doing.
