chicken souvlaki rice bowl with pita and baklava
    Renee S.

I used uber eats, prices reasonable. Food arrived late and cold which maybe why my rating is low. Reheating the chicken made it rubbery and the portion for the baklava was not as it is pictured on menu. All in all wasn't great.

Updating review to add pictures from my most recent visit. I love that they had fries on their gyro. Casual take out place with quick service. As mentioned in previous review, portions are smaller than other local restaurants but I am ok with it for more of a "fast casual" take out spot.

Great new favorite stop for us when we're out on the bike. Saw an IG review and had to try it for ourselves. 1 pork souvlaki, 1 lamb/beef souvlaki and a side of fries that would feed a small Army!! Clean place and the food was excellent. Staff very friendly and brings food to your table. You will not be disappointed!!

The lamb beef pita sandwich, Greek fries with feta and the frappe.

Food was delicious and fresh but my favorite part was that I finally found a place where they make perfect Frappe. Will be coming back frequently.

    Chicken/Rice Bowl, & "The General"
    Cal H.

This place came HIGHLY recommended by a good friend so we decided to try it out the next day. First Impressions were all positive, nice storefront, super clean and new feeling. Friendly staff, 3-4 tables outside and maybe 6-7 inside. -"The General" 4.5/5, delicious. A great mix of lamb/beef/chicken/pork gyro with French fries, tomato, & onion. The tzatziki was amazing and packed with flavor. Some of the meat was little dried out, and it seemed to be slightly smaller than other gyros I've gotten but overall I was pretty impressed. -Chicken/rice bowl: 4/5, choose your rice base, a protein, and 3 toppings. This was very good, the chicken was nice and tender. The rice was a little bland but overall one of the better dishes like this we've gotten. Overall, I can confidently say this was some of the best Greek food I've ever had. Everything from the actual storefront to the food was impressing. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the place was definitely on the pricey side. I will 100% return and recommend this place to others.

The warm Mediterranean vibe, the smell of grilled perfection in the air, and the friendly faces all make you feel like you've just stepped into a cozy taverna on a sunny island in Greece. The atmosphere is bright, relaxed, and filled with happy energy. Whether you're coming for a romantic dinner, a family meal, or just to treat yourself, this place hits the spot every single time. The service here is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is so welcoming and genuinely cares about making your experience special. From the moment we sat down, our server was attentive, funny, and full of great recommendations. You can tell the staff works as a team and takes pride in what they do. Drinks arrived quickly, plates came out piping hot, and they checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. It's that kind of service that makes you feel valued and keeps you coming back. Now, let's talk about the food, because wow. Every dish at Mykonos Greek is a flavor explosion of freshness and authenticity. The gyro platter is out of this world, loaded with perfectly seasoned meat, warm pita, and tzatziki so good you'll want to take a pint home. The moussaka melts in your mouth, the souvlaki is tender and juicy, and the grilled octopus might just be the best I've ever had. Every plate looks beautiful and tastes even better. Even the small details stand out. The salads are crisp and vibrant, the lemon potatoes are ridiculously good, and the feta cheese is rich and creamy. It's clear that everything is made with care and fresh ingredients. You can taste the quality in every single bite. The drinks and desserts are also a must. Their sangria is light and refreshing, the wine list pairs perfectly with the food, and if you skip dessert you're missing out. The baklava is sweet, flaky, and pure heaven, and the Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts is the perfect finish to a perfect meal. The ambiance ties everything together. It's lively without being loud, cozy without being cramped, and stylish without trying too hard. You can come here for a casual lunch or a celebratory dinner and it always feels just right. Mykonos Greek in Smithtown is one of those rare places that gets everything right. Incredible food, amazing service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like family. Every visit feels like a mini getaway to the Greek islands. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You'll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Opa!

It is now terrible. Big mistake. There are burgers joints everywhere. I went there to pick up a takeout (by the way, the menu has changed. The fried calamari, which was excellent is gone. It was fresh because they included the tentacles which you can't buy in the frozen rings which suck). It's dark inside, and the overwhelming stink of burgers doesn't mix well with the glorious smell of Greek food. Also, I bought the greek wings. Why do you put slimy onions and peppers on top of grilled wings? Totally disgusting. And my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. Dry garbage on a cheap bun. And stop using your old reviews which were good. I was sooo disappointed. Won't be going back.

You order at the counter and there are a few tables to sit at. Being this is my first time, I will mention while writing this in a little annoyed because I didn't look at the menu close enough but the owner at the counter shoulder and could've took me this when ordering. I ordered the lamb gyro which was overstuffed and delicious. He asked if I wanted lettuce tomatoes and onion and I said yes (this is usually on a gyro). Quickly scanning the menu advice, I didn't see any option to make the gyro a combination with fries, so I ordered the side of fries $6.50. While sitting to eat, I was looking over the menu more and noticed that there was an option to make any sandwich an original which means..... add fries instead of lettuce tomatoes for $1. I would've gone this route if I saw that. I guess live and learn, my mistake but he should've told me of that option. Next time and I will let him know this, but I will not let it negatively affect my review. (Update) another person just came in and ordered the same so I opened my mouth to let him know about the $1 option. The owner then said that it was fried in the sandwich). I never heard of that option but at least I know, you can only order the side of fried, they should have a combo price. The Gyro is amazing!
