This unassuming little shop had homemade soups, great prices and a very sweet gentleman at the counter. His love for what he does and pride in his service showed. It's kind of hard to find being that it's tucked away in a business building off Robertson blvd. Only thing I would advise the owners of this cafe to correct is their hours of operation. I came here at about 3:25 and as soon as I entered they said they were closing in 5 minutes but they would still make any order to go. I'm a soda junkie, so the cans vs fountain did not suit me, but as a business lunch on a busy day, nursing multiple refills was not going to be an option for me anyway. I had a doctor's appointment next door at Cedars vision center, my husband and I arrived about two and a half hours early, we were both hungry. We didn't know what to do because the parking is horrendous and it's so congested in the area we decided to park in Cedars parking lot and ask the parking attendants about a good place to eat. They all recommended Yummies Wow were happy that they did, this little place is immaculate the food is extremely fresh and tasty. They cut their fruits lettuce and all produce by hand, it's a couple and they work very well together. They keep everything clean and fresh, they bus the tables as soon as a guest leaves, they're constantly moving about replenishing and cleaning. Our order consisted of a Turkey Club sandwich which was served with either a Pasta Salad or Caesar Salad and we chose the Caesar Salad, it was so fresh and the dressing was delicious. We shared a sandwich it was so big that we decided to share it with a bag of chips, I had a vanilla latte and my husband chose a cranberry drink, much to our surprise this tiny little place located on the lobby level of the building was an excellent choice. Their menu is impressive not too much just enough to keep everything fresh and tasty I would certainly eat there again. I would recommend it to anyone that has any reason to be in the area and need a place to eat, while they're waiting for their vision service. My husband and I had a very long and friendly conversation with the owners, they were so kind and friendly and give you a warm and happy feeling. I think I found another HAPPY PLACE.
