Came by this location because they collaborated with a beauty brand. This was my first time at this location and was utterly surprised at how cute it was. This cafe is quite spacious with a lot of seating outdoors with covered and uncovered seating. The staff were super nice and friendly and welcoming. They were able to offer their fan faves and personal faves of menu items and provide great recommendations. One of their executive staff Karina was there to greet us and welcome us and offer the amazing suggestion of trying their waffles. I ordered the Dialog detox smoothie with kale, spirulina, hemp milk , banana and pineapple. It was the perfect balance of sweet and earthy and it was a great pick. The star of the show was their waffles with strawberry butter. Their strawberry butter is made with colostrum and made in house. It was so creamy, sweet and delicious! The waffles was fluffy and soft and the right amount of crisp. The waffles and butter just melts in your mouth. I had a great experience and will definitely return whenever im in the area. I know I say this a lot, but Dialog Cafe is probably another one of my new favorite cafe spots. I've only ordered it to-go so far, so I can't really speak on what the actual in-store vibe is like yet, but I was very, very pleasantly surprised by both the food and drinks. I was SO excited to see a pan suisse pastry on their menu because it's one of my favorite pastries ever. I first had it in Europe and haven't been able to find one here since, but this one was done perfectly. And on top of that, they also had really good coffee, which I feel like is rare because usually a place usually has one or the other, but this one had both! Parking was a bit tricky around Dialog due to the only options being street parking but the signs were confusing and included a lot of rules that made it nerve wracking to park without receiving a ticket. The wait was a little long but once I received my food, everything was super yummy! I thought the smoothie was well created, the waffles were so soft and sweet, the cookie was super delicious, and I was torn between the bacon or brisket burrito but ultimately went with the brisket burrito.
