Casual spot for delicious pho, Vietnamese sandwiches, and vermicelli noodles! The service is quick to order, food comes out fast, and when done, you can pay at the counter. We've never had to wait for a table, but it can get a bit crowded at times. The Yummy Noodles dish has a great variety of proteins, and the Pho is perfect for a rainy day. The Sandwiches are also a great option.

Pho-nomenal Birthday Dinner! This is hands down one of my favorite spots to enjoy a hot, soul-hugging bowl of Pho. And judging by the crowd, I'm not the only one--this place is popular for a reason. We were greeted right away by friendly staff who managed to stay cheerful and efficient despite the dinner rush. They refilled our waters like hydration ninjas and kept everything running smoothly while my family debated what to order (which, let's be honest, can take a while when it's your daughter's Sweet Sixteen Pho Party). The birthday girl ordered fresh salad rolls (10/10 would recommend) with tofu, a "small" Pho that could have fed a small village, and a shake for good measure. My husband went for fried rice, my son and I both dove into Pho heaven, and my mother-in-law--new to Vietnamese cuisine--decided to turn her shrimp rolls into a deconstructed art project. (To be fair, rice paper can be a textural adventure.) I ordered the Vegan Pho, supposedly "small," but it was gloriously huge--and yes, I still followed it with a bowl of rice because... self-care. Located in the Bella Bottega strip mall (plenty of parking, thank the Pho gods), Yummy Pho offers an open, airy space that smells like happiness. If you've never been, stop reading this review and go. Your taste buds will thank you, and your inner noodle-lover will feel seen.

3.5 stars: This place exists and will continue since there's no competition in the immediate area. The pho is covenient enough for a craving; broth is (one of the most) pungent with the aromatics that I've had, but at the same time wasn't as heavily, deeply flavorful as I prefer. The noodle quantity was fine, but $17.50 for a large bowl still hurts a bit for the quality. At least the spring rolls (cha gio) was pretty decent enough. Internal ambiance is clean, bustling during peak times, while service is fast, but minimal.

Parking: plenty free retail parking space. Location: in between Xfinity and nail salon, same complex as Regal Bella bottega in Redmond. Restrooms: single men and women restrooms Very specious, clean and good restaurant. They greeted you as soon as you entered the restaurant and you seated right away. First time here. Just roaming around and feel like eating pho soup. We ordered the House Yummy Pho combo small and large and a fried vegetable rolls which comes in 3 long ones. The broth is very nice, good amount of noddle, meat etc. We really like it a lot They serve and clean tables fast. When you done, go to the counter and pay. Happy tummy.

Huge bowl, good service, and had a vegetarian option my friend really liked. Very reliable standard solid pho. I love tripe and maybe there could've been more but I'm not complaining (that much).

Typical pho house with pho, vermicelli, rice dishes, and banh mis. Seems to be a popular spot during the weekday and the restaurant is a large enough space to fit large groups of various sizes. Almost all entree options ranged from $16-20. Banh mi is a flat $10/each. Service was great, server came by several times to refill waters and check up on us. Pay at the counter. Pho was good, not as rich as I would have liked but still better than average. A solid 3.5/5 for me.

Yummy vegan pho served here. Perfect for this winter weather! Very quick service. Includes lot of veggies & tofu & noodles. For a small size the bowl is pretty big. Couldn't finish it all, but my go to pho place!

    Pork Chop Rice Plate

Their rice plates or vermicelli bowls are my favorites to order. Portion sizes are very generous and they give so much protein! The restaurant is fairly full in the evening, even on week days, which show you how good their food is! My only suggestion is that service could be more attentive, though, particularly to water needs.

Found my new favorite pho spot! The broth has a more rich flavor than other restaurants and the noodles also are really good. The small is a good portion if you have an average appetite. The banh mi with grilled pork and the spring rolls with shrimp were also delicious. The restaurant is bright and spacious with lots of seating inside. It seems to be a neighborhood favorite as a crowd formed within the hour of opening on a Saturday. The service is great as well. We were cutting up the banh mi to share, with plans to share the pho as well which hadn't arrived yet, and the server took notice and brought out an extra bowl without us having to ask.

They do a good job making consistent food. Mom and pop place where they work hard to make quality food.

Mediocre service, mediocre food. 1 plate of basil and sprouts, with 1 wedge of lime for 2 orders of pho? Really? Egg rolls weren't bad.

Great place when you're craving Hainanese Chicken…read more I had the combo chicken rice, which comes with your lighter Hainanese chicken and fried chicken. The Hainanese chicken was so tender and almost pure. It had depth and complemented the chicken fat infused rice. It's a nice balance and you can dip sauce into it if you like more intense flavors. I also liked the fried chicken because it had more texture to a tender dish and I found it nice to go back and forth. We also tried the noodles and it was decent and had a slow burn (spicy) to it but i like the rice dishes the best. The combo chicken was more than enough food for me - I left very full. Ambiance is casual. We arrived on Friday around 6:45pm, and joined a waitlist of 9 for 2 ppl. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. You sit down, order via QR code, and food comes out! Service was decent - nice and friendly and attentive - it's not a place where they'll wait on you regularly but it's also not that kind of setting. Parking is either on the street or in the H Mart complex parking lot. All in all - great eatery

The chicken was steamed beautifully, and the pieces tasted very fresh. The dish came with two kinds of sauces, and both are perfectly delicious. The rice was cooked with chicken fat and juices. It is high in calories, but it's worth it once in a while. My complaints for the place is, I wish they would offer a stir fried vegetable dish. I think veggies choices are lacking a bit on the menu. Also, I noticed their floor were extremely greasy and slippery. They put down black rugs in main walkways , but on the way to the restroom was without and I almost slip and fell. They really need a deep clean to their floor, or someone might fall for real.

Noodle Nine delivers a genuinely authentic dining experience that feels like stepping into a slice…read moreof everyday Asia rather than a polished, commercialized version of it. From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

No one else seems to do them the same way. Noodle Nine doesn't serve dan dan noodles BUT the dipping sauce for the scallion pancake is the same as what Tian Tian used in their noodles! I absolutely used it as a dipping sauce. The scallion pancake was great- SUPER crispy. Cucumber salad was really good but aggressively garlicky. Actually spicy from just raw garlic alone. Beef noodle soup was delicious- we added a fried egg (I would skip it next time) and extra noodles on the side.

My friend and I tried the spicy XLB, the chili oil spill dumplings, the mala beef shank dry noodle, and the beef rib noodle soup. Everything was wonderful and exceptionally flavored (especially the two dumplings), except... the beef rib noodle soup that fell pretty short. The rib was much less meat than the shank bowl, and was much smaller/shorter of a rib than shown in the advertised photos which is always a disappointment. It was cooked really nicely tender though, so again sad because it was only a few small bites (and the rib costs $8 more than the shank). The soup was also really lacking in flavor - we both thought it was super bland/watery tasting. Wouldn't rec (unless it's a one off)- just surprising that the other dishes were so flavorful except this one. Also highly rec the fruit sodas (i.e. green grape, passion) because they were delish! Their dessert options (mainly dessert XLB) are amazing though, so I honestly wouldn't mind coming here after a meal either. Service isn't nothing to write home about, order via QR at the table and they'll bring food. Not much interaction. Ample parking in the plaza. There's a decent amount of seating but it can get full, so budget time for a wait just in case. Noodles - I love biang biang noodles so may be judgy but these were slightly too hard rather than QQ or chewy. Not bad, but would prefer a bouncier texture than firm. Meat and sauce was tasty, but the beef was a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were tender while others a bit rough. Would've loved a little more protein, but interested in the beef rib option in the future. Pan Fried Dumplings - these were just worse xiaolongbao. They're barely pan fried and then they just stick to the paper in the basket. This also means they run pretty easily. Would stick to ordering XLB. They also don't provide spoons which would be nice for all XLB soup. Taro XLB - star of the show! Definitely snag one of the dessert XLB if not more. They also have red bean and chocolate. Fully filled with a sweet, smooth, and nutty taro paste. These are plentiful and delicious.
