    Fried Hong Kong noodles

Food arrived nice and hot. Seafood was ordered with Chow Mein noodles. Fried Hong Kong style. I placed an order on door dash and it arrived as requested. If you don't request for the Hong Kong style noodles it will come soft.

This was such a great hidden find! I can't believe I've passed by this location so many times not knowing it was here. The service was quick and the food was even better! The ambiance of the place is actually pretty spacious so that was really nice. I will definitely come back here again and try out a different plate since the food was so well seasoned!

Meat Jun Plate - IG @bougiefoodieboi

Yummy Kitchen is indeed yummy! This is a Korean Hawaiian fusion fast casual restaurant that offers plates and various sides for a nice, quick, and casual meal. I got the meat jun plate which is egg battered bulgogi with soy sauce dipping sauce, served with 2 scoops of rice, japchae, soy sauce potatoes, and Mac salad. There is a generous amount of meat and I enjoyed the sweetness of the bulgogi contrast with the tangy soy sauce. The rice is cooked nicely, and the soy sauce potatoes were a bit sweet while the japchae is cooked to a nice al dente. My least favorite is the Mac salad but the overall dish is very filling and delicious. When you order dine-in, they'll still serve the dish in a takeout box (I can easily not finish and save half for another meal, but it was too good to save for later) but they'll hand deliver the order to you. Water is self serve.

Found this neat little Hawaiian/korean fusion restaurant by a 7-11 gas station. Cashier was very nice. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. The sides are pretty unique and tasty- I got japchae & potatoes & Mac salad with my kalua pork. Will definitely be back!

Delicious food. It's a bit far drive for me coming from graham but sooooo worth it! I always get the meat Jun plate, side order of kimchi cucumber, and a side order of jap chae. Today we added a poke bowl that was ok. Service was great, ambiance is table seating. Complimentary hot green tea is available.

    15.99 garlic chicken wings plate

My lady showed me this place, and now I've been here four times by myself lol. My go-to is the garlic chicken wing plate. The wings have a sweet, savory garlic crunch to them. The mac salad tastes house-made, as do the kimchi salad and japchae. It comes with a lot of food for $15.99. Next time, I'll try something else since they have a variety of delicious plates. Thanks!

Fun go to when I dont know what to eat. Yummy box has a bit of everything across the asian spectrum - more so on the Korean side with bibimbap, kalbi and kimchi fried rice. They also have loco moco! Love their lunch plates - hearty serving of meat with 3 sides and rice but some of them are pricey ($15-28!!) Their additional sides are affordable and pretty big portions so sometimes I get 1 or 2 of those to help stretch the meal into 2 portions. Small restaurant - think order-at-counter to-go type place next to a gas station. Theres usually parking right in front.

Great service and reasonable prices here. We got the meat jun plate and katsu. I'll definitely come back.

    Meat Jun

Grew up on Meat Jun Korean dish in Hawaii and it was a staple!!! Excited to see a place that had this dish. The flavor was there, however the meat Jun and egg batter was soggy and floppy. Wish it was more crispy and cooked. Surprisingly the mac salad tasted like Hawaii style which was a plus!

If you're from Hawaii and have been living up jn Washington for a while, you know one thing you're missing from home is meat jun. There are very few restaurants that serve meat jun, and Yummy Kitchen is one of them that actually has it and it's not half bad. The portion might be a little small for my liking and seems like it may be getting smaller over the years, but it definitely satisfies your cravings - it comes with mac salad, japchae, and the shoyu potato. Only had one other thing from here other than the meat jun - kimchee fried rice and that was pretty good too! Overall, I always recommend this place for meat jun!

    Bibimbap
    Robbie M.

Ordered the meat Jun plate, kalua pig plate, and the bibimbap. All good sized portions. Japchae and Mac salad were tasty and done well. Meat jun had too much breading for my preferences. Kalua pig plate was tasty but not a ton of cabbage. Service was fast but if you come close to closing (1 hour before closing) they will only allow you to do takeout. Restaurant was clean and well-kept.

Ambiance: 10/10 Service : 10/10 Food : 10/10 If I were to pick a poke and Korean and Hawaiian store to eat, I would go to Yummy Kitchen. Ambiance is quiet and peaceful which is very nice. It looks like a take out restaurant but you can also dine in. Service was great and friendly. Food was amazing. Never I had something like this before and this is my first time. We ordered a side of shrimp tempura, salmon poke, and one order of Chicken teriyaki and Garlic Fried chicken rice platter. Each rice platter comes with small sides (banchan = small side dishes). It comes with Mac salad, japchae, radish kimchi, sweet potatoes. Everything was 10/10000000!! Definitely will come back for more!!

"Such delicious food and generous servings! The chicken wings were juicy with a perfect amount of meat and had a satisfying crunch on the outside--definitely a standout. The pork was incredibly tender and flavorful, just melt-in-your-mouth yum. I also really appreciated the extra sides that came with the meal; the macaroni salad and japchae were great complements to the main dishes. The casual, laid-back vibe of the place makes it perfect for a quick lunch break, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back soon to try more of their menu!

I started with the Spam musubi, which was honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The Spam itself was soft, flavorful, and really satisfying to bite into. It had that perfect savory-sweet balance you'd hope for. My only critique is that there was a bit too much rice compared to the Spam, which made the ratio feel slightly off. With just a little less rice, it would've been spot on. For the mains, I tried both the Teriyaki Salmon and the Sesame Seared Salmon. The Teriyaki Salmon was very enjoyable -- the flavoring was rich and well-balanced without being overwhelming. It paired really nicely with the salad and mac salad that came with it, making for a well-rounded and filling meal. The Sesame Seared Salmon was also very tasty, especially with the fresh salad. The sesame added a nice texture and flavor that complemented the fish well. That said, the portion size of the salmon felt a bit small. I found myself wishing there was more of it, as it was gone pretty quickly compared to the rest of the dish. Overall, my experience at Just Poké was decent. The food quality is definitely there, with good flavors and fresh ingredients, but slight adjustments in portion balance would make a big difference. I'd still come back to try more from the menu.

Been going here for several years now - poke has always been solid and the Hawaiian dishes were good not great. But today it was all different - everything was outstanding! Wife got a 2 salmon scoop poke : fish was great as always, but the seasoned potatoes (gamja jorim) she chose as 1 of 3 sides was very good. Dad had the hwae-dupbap (think of it as Korean bibimbap but with poke instead of meat) and the Cho-gochujang sauce was excellent. I had the loco moco and it was better than in the past. Also the banchan with that were fire (seasoned japchae noodles, spicy shredded radish) both better than in the past They sell most of the side dishes as banchan and as a Korean I fully endorse them. I am a huge Korean banchan snob and I will absolutely countersign their cooking I don't know what's going on but like I said - everything tastes better than before. Most of the staff are nice, but the owner does not quite seem to care about what his customers think as he is on the ruder side. However, the most outstanding staff is the older sweet looking lady who is incredibly kind. I wanted to make a review to to praise her (I wish I got her name!!) 2 scoops= small 3 scoops=medium 4 scoops=large Usually, the 2 scoops is enough to fill me up--but I'll always accidentally order the 3 scoops instead. I do not get their spicy meats because they're all cut up and mushy. Get their non-spicy one-- they're more fresh and at no extra charge. The rest are charge an extra $1.50 a scoop. So if you do not like mushy meat, I recommend you not to get the spicy ones. The sweet lady who helped me out gave me a small sample to try (for one of the protein) when it seemedl like I had trouble picking which protein to pick. She gave me a generous amount of toppings (the size of the scoops) when other people here usually give smaller scoops. The price is quite expesnive for what you get here sometimes. I like how this poke place actually mixes your protein into the sauce for you while others just squirt their suace on top. I like how spacous it is inside, and it gives a clean feeling. I enjoy eating my meals there on sunny days. The Poke Bar isn't the best Poke place, but it's not bad for Kent Poke. I have decent experiences here, and there are defintely worse ones out there, hence the 4 stars. I just had a really good bowl this time and wanted to share!
