It was my first time coming here for Gà Hấp Muối. The whole Gà Hấp Muối is delicious, tasty, and fresh. Kudos to the chef who carefully chopped the whole chicken to small pieces with all the skin (da Gà) still intact. Nước mắm gừng ngon. Bò Kho (baguette included) is tasty. Cháo Lòng is delicious. I observed the energetic female cashier/ order taker/ waitress single-handedly does all those tasks while still having the time to courteously explain to me about the foods (preparation, selection, phone in, what comes with the chicken, what needs to pay extra for, etc). I was so impressed with this same cashier, who had just patiently, and skillfully dealt with an errogant female customer ahead of me, who was very verbally demanding with her order of foods. The inside is clean and peaceful (no loud music). There're very few tables if you want to dine in. I will try the roasted duck and Heo Quay next.
I heard that this Yummy Express location sells both prepared food and to-go items, so I decided to give it a try. When we arrived, there were quite a few customers in line, but it didn't take too long before it was our turn. I ordered the Com Ga Hai Nam (Uc) for $10.99, and it was a great portion size for the price! The food was delicious, so I can definitely see why there were so many people in line for takeout. Inside, they also sell many other items, such as pork belly, roasted duck, and much more. (I forgot to take more pictures of the area.) However, there are only three tables available if you're planning to dine in. I recommend getting takeout and enjoying your meal at home. Looking forward to trying some of the other items next time!
I was honestly a little sad when Yummy Pho 2 changed into Yummy Express, but at the same time, I'm happy to see that the new restaurant seems to be doing well. Every time I stop by, the place is usually busy, which is always a good sign. I've ordered their Hainan chicken rice, roasted duck rice, and roasted pork rice several times, and I think they are all pretty good, especially for the price. The quality is consistent, and the portions are reasonable. Sometimes when I order the chicken rice, they don't have the chicken leg available, which seems to happen because it's a popular choice. They also have other dishes like cháo lòng and a few other options, but those are not really my favorites. I usually come back for the Hainan chicken rice and roasted duck rice because those are the dishes I enjoy the most. The young staff here are friendly and provide good service. There are a few tables available if you want to sit down and eat instead of taking your food to go. Parking in this area is not always easy, but every time I visit, I'm usually able to find a spot. I'm glad this location continues to offer good food at a reasonable price. It's a convenient place for me whenever I'm craving Hainan chicken rice, roasted duck rice, or roasted pork .
This place is so cheap with amazing crispy roasted pork and flavorful roasted duck. The crispy pork has a balance of fat, skin, and meat. All pieces are soft to chew, not burnt. The roasted duck has flavorful marination with nice thin skin, not too fatty. I also ordered Hainan chicken to go. The Vietnamese style uses ginger fish sauce just as I like it. The portion comes with a huge chicken thigh. My photo only shows a portion of it. The rice was cooked in chicken broth so it tasted delicious and rich. My favorite is the tofu pudding. I especially love how convenient it is to get. Though it is $3.50 All of these dishes are so cheap. I am excited to come back.

This is a deli shop, food to go, asian bbq, and a small sit down restaurant, all-in-one. It used to be one of the two Yummy Pho locations. I've been here several times after 3:00 pm but their doors were always locked. Came today at noon and was so glad it was open. I thought it was a deli shop and food to go only but the lady told me I can dine in since they have three small tables right by the cash register. Ordered the glass noodles soup with white meat chicken. Since it is a Food To Go place, they served everything in a to go container. The lady chef told me she added a couple extra chicken wings since they were low on the breast meat but I told her I do not eat chicken skin. Ha ha. That was nice of her though. I was disappointed because I was expecting the same quality as Yummy Pho chicken soup in the older days but it was not! The soup broth was bland and had no flavor at all. The chicken breast was good though. So was the ginger dipping sauce. They go well together. We really missed the chicken pho from the original Yummy Pho that used to be here. They have been gone since July 2025! Too bad.
Came here on Monday morning. Quiet busy but not too busy, I like how the staff are full of energy in the morning. The prices are unbeatable for the portion given. There are few tables inside and outdoor so you can dine in. It does take some time to make I guess because it's new. Haven't tried the food yet but love the attitude here
I had the pork BBQ at Yummy Express, and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. I highly recommend Yummy Express and can't wait to come back again soon for more pork bbq!
great spot if you're looking for a quick, cheap, and delicious bite! this was my first time here, and i was a bit intimidated bc i can't speak any vietnamese but the staff were very welcoming and sweet! they don't let you give a tip if you pay with your card here, but i promise you--a little goes a long way!! the food and service is super yummy, so the least i could do was leave a small cash tip. they were so grateful just bc of that! i was pleasantly surprised to be given some of their delish desserts. for just NINE dollars, you can't get a better deal. i'll for sure be coming back :) thank you yummy express!!!
I stopped by Yummy Express and ordered the cháo lòng. The porridge was hot, smooth, and comforting, and the pork organs were fresh and cooked well. The portion was generous, and the flavors were authentic without being too heavy. Service was fast, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely come back when I'm craving a good bowl of cháo lòng.
On April 25, my wife and I visited Yummy Express. This fast-food spot is located in a busy plaza, so parking is shared with other businesses and can be difficult to find. Overall: Yummy Express offers solid Chinese BBQ plates, but the overall experience is mixed due to service and cleanliness issues. Food: 3 Each rice plate comes with your choice of meat, rice, and pickled vegetables. The rice is well cooked and flavorful. The pickled vegetables are crunchy and not overly sweet. We ordered heo quay (crispy roasted pork) and xa xiu (BBQ pork). The heo quay had crispy skin and was fairly moist, while the xa xiu was tender, flavorful, and had a nice char. For the price, the portion could be improved--there should be more meat. Service: 2 Service was inconsistent--some staff were friendly, while others were unresponsive when taking orders. The restaurant itself is simple, but the restroom needs better maintenance and should be cleared of stored items. This is mainly a quick, to-go type restaurant, though there are a few tables if you want to sit and eat. Management should take time to visit the location in person. While there appears to be strong effort in marketing and advertising, the in-store experience does not match that level of attention.
This used to be Yummy Pho place but now they changed to Express place. Located in the Catinat Plaza and they have mostly everything like their sibling stores except banh mi and banh bao. They have speciality of pho, bun, mien, chao, and rice dishes. I ordered chao long and it's delish, tasty and very generous on the filling. The parking is huge so no worry in that. The service is nice and friendly. They do have several tables inside and outside sitting. All neat and clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the foods and the services here. Check it out if you're in the area.

The dry chicken glass noodles were full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The chicken was moist and tender, the char siu was savory and delicious. Everything was fresh and satisfying. Highly recommend! read more

I have ordered from here 5 times, and 3 out of those 5 times, the chicken was served completely raw in the middle. On another occasion, I was delivered cold beef stew. Getting undercooked poultry this frequently isn't just a one-off mistake--it is a systemic kitchen hazard. Serving raw chicken twice was bad enough, but three times is absolutely unacceptable. This is not a safe or responsible way to run a business. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they want a safe meal. read more

I came on Sunday around 1:15pm. Ordered the pho ga dui. Waited about 15 mins. I went home and ended up with mieng ga uc. Wrong food. And not to mention what i ordered was more expensive than what i received. I bought pho for my son. He does not eat mieng. I calld the store couple times and no one picked up. read more

My favorite spot for cơm gà! I used to love their original Tuan Map location in Wells Fargo Plaza (now Yummy Bakery) and would often buy it for my company--everyone loved it. The rice, chicken, sauce, and mustard are the perfect combination. After they switched concepts to bánh bao, I couldn't find another cơm gà that matched my taste. I'm so glad it's back on the menu, and at $13, it's a great value. Even though it's an express to-go spot, you can still sit outside and relax when it's not busy. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family! read more

The food here is very affordable, and the quality is amazing. I tried the Chicken Curry and the Roast Duck Rice Combo, and they both exceeded my expectations. The duck was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I'll definitely be coming back and supporting Yummy again.
