Great spot with excellent service and solid food…read more We had a wonderful experience at Brunelleschi's! The location is fantastic, and we were impressed by the attentive, friendly staff throughout our visit. The pizza was solid--it had a great crust with nice chew and flop to it, though the overall execution was just okay. That said, our kids absolutely loved the desserts, which were clearly a highlight. The tiramisu served in the cup was decent, though not quite exceptional. Overall, it's a great place to take the family with a warm atmosphere and responsive service. We'd definitely return, especially if the kids are craving dessert.

My friends and I (group of 7) visited Aspen Brewing Co. over Labor day and we will never be coming…read moreback. My boyfriend and I shared a $26 pizza and ended up with a $64 bill. First off, we were met with a cold waitress. It seemed like it was such a chore to take our orders. I asked for a side of ranch for our pizza and she came back with the tiniest sauce container with less than a tablespoon of ranch in it, which I originally thought was fine because I could just ask for more, which I did end up doing. Then, every time my boyfriend's soda was low she would take it and refill it, not specifying that it would cost us for a refill. Then we get our check and I see 2 charges for ranch $2 each and 2 charges for soda $6 each. She never specified that the ranch nor the soda refills would be extra especially since the ranch portion was smaller than a shot glass. Some places charge for ranch which is fine, but they give you enough ranch to justify a charge. Then on top of that there was a 22% gratuity fee already added because we were a group larger than 6. AND on top of that there was a 5% employee wellness fee. Both explain why the waitress didn't need to care about doing a good job because she was already guaranteed a 27% tip. Keep in mind this was all noticed after we got the receipt emailed and had already paid because on the software they use for paying, it didn't show us an itemized receipt. And of course, we could have waived the employee wellness fee but we didn't know that it existed or that we could've waived it until after we paid. Just pay your employees more or up the prices of your menu items to include the "wellness" fee.

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. I got this during the cyclospora outbreak, because I'm a wild person now lol but they assured me they only get quality ingredients and super clean all veggies and fruit coming in. My pilots got the meatballs, creamed corn, and deviled eggs and they LOVED them.

The QUALITY of the food was quite high and everything tasted fresh (except the boring fries). So we got the $14 cheese pizza and $12 margarita. The margarita was 5 stars for flavor - strong and tasty, low ball glass. 4 stars for value. The pizza was 2 stars because it was edible but think like high school cafeteria pizza. The sauce was not very good and the cheese was cheap and greasy. The served it with red pepper flakes and some pre-grated parm, it needed that just for the flavor. Seemed like a $5 dollar gas station pizza not a $14 happy hour pizza that's normally sold for more - so 1 star when value is considered. Come for a drink - don't get the pizza. The servers were nice and service was quick.
