If it was possible they would receive 0 stars. We just recently moved to Arvada, and wanted to find a new chinese restaurant. This will definately not be it, we used their online menu to order, and ordered off the lomain (soft noodle) section. What we received was something I think that looked cheaper and more disgusting than ramen noodles out of the package before they are cooked. They had a sauce you could put on them which is supposed to make them better, not. It had shrimp and god knows what else. I am allergic to shellfish so you think they would list that in the stuff, seeing as all we were looking for was vegetable lomain. When i called to ask about our order and what the hell we paid 9 dollars for ramen noodles was. I was told by the person answering the phone that it was our fault and there was nothng they could do. After messaging the company on yelp, the guy called us back. He said the next time we ordered from there we could have free lomain. Which than we said there will be no next time, I did not get dinner, thanks to this. After arguing with us on the phone for ten minutes Long said he would send Lomain to us. At this point why would you want it, they would probably spit in it or god knows what else. So on a side note if you want some really shitty customer service definately come here. A customer that just spent 60 dollars on a order, should be helped not told there is nothing they can do. I think i would have rather spent 19 cents on a package of ramen noodles than eat whatever the hell that was. read more

I have had take-out a few times, the pad thai and the chicken coconut (could use some lemongrass) soup were not bad, I would get those again. I went in to eat last weekend and I'm sorry I did. The soup was very tasty, but they made me pay extra for won-ton soup and it had no dumplings in it. The eggroll was so disgusting I could not eat it; It was very salty and had pieces of either tofu or dehydrated chicken in it, not sure. I got a vegetable dish which consisted mostly of huge chunks of tofu and a small amount of rice. I was very disappointed. I will say, the employees here go out of their way to be polite and friendly. Well, we used to order from this place all the time, but we won't be anymore. Last time we ordered, our food came out pretty badly. Lemon chicken was so hard that my kids couldn't chew it and the sesame beef had an extremely strong fishy flavor to it. I called them back and they said they made a note to credit an entree on our next order. That was fine, it felt like a fluke to me because we had never had any complaints before that. About a month later, I called to order for delivery and mentioned the credit to the person who took the call. They handed the phone off to someone else and he abruptly asked me to explain what I was talking about. I told him what had happened and that I'd like to try ordering the sesame beef again, as we'd had it many times before and had only had a problem with it that one time. The gentlemen on the phone began to argue with me that it wasn't a "good idea" for me to order the dish we'd had a complaint with. He got more and more aggressive, questioning me about what would happen if I didn't like it this time. I repeatedly explained to him that we had ordered it many times without an issue, and he persisted, rudely, to argue that I should not order it. Eventually, I told him that I was getting the impression that he felt I was trying to rip him off, and that I'd order from another restaurant. I was blown away by his tone, especially since I'd originally been just fine with only one credit for two pretty much inedible entrees. This is decent Chinese takeout, but if you have any problems with your order, don't expect them to correct the problem or be even remotely polite about it. read more

Only gave it 2 stars because of the price. If it was anymore expensive, I would recommend not going here. I got the Royal chicken which was ok, but my sesame beef wasn't very good. Too much sweet, no spicy at all even though they say it is a spicy dish according to the menu. Very thin pieces of beef, couldn't tell it was beef. Stay away from the hot and sour soup, it is salty and sweet as well as having a bad after taste. Average at best. Spring roll wasn't very good either, no meat and too much cabbage taste. Ive eaten here a few times because I live nearby and I've been disappointed each time. The food just does not have flavor. The meat is never seared instead it tastes like it was boiled in whatever bland sauce you get with your dish. The curry is not curry and that's something that should be simple to make. This is beyond fantastic. I had their Thai Curry Peanut Sauce Chicken. It was the best that I've had since 1992 in San Francisco!!! And the Coconut Chicken Soup was mouth watering. Their portions were generous and their prices less than I would expect for this level of quality. Very reasonable. You have got to check out this place. After placing an online order, it said it could take up to 55 minutes to deliver. After an hour and a half, I finally called them. They insisted my food would be here in 5 minutes and to wait. (I live less than 5 minutes away). I told them no. They offered to give me an egg roll on my next order; i dont eat egg rolls. Then they offered 25% off and guaranteed it would be here in 5 minutes or I could call back and cancel. I told them I just wanted to cancel and after arguing with me, offered a 50% off discount. $30 for Chinese food is rediculous and now its after 9pm (i ordered at 730pm) with no dinner. Thanks a lot. Ordered chicken fried rice about a week ago and had huge pieces for plastic in it. Ordered sweet and sour pork today, some pieces are quiet small and over cooked and larger pieces are undercooked. This restaurant has clearly changed hands, we will not go back. read more
