The staff, especially Brian, was extremely helpful. However, the store manager was out for the day, but was watching them on the closed circuit camera and kept calling to see what was going on. His constant calls were actually interrupting the two workers from getting their job done. It was very annoying as a customer. read more

The staff gave such poor service. I was upgrading from my IPhone 6 to IPhone 11. So naturally I had questions on how to work the different features. They treated me like I knew nothing & didn't even show me how to work the different features on the IPhone 11. Also the store is very small and the selection wasn't great either. Went in to purchase a few iPhone 6 phones. The knowledge and service was great. They alerted me to a $200 trade-in I could get from Verizon for my older phones, which I was unaware of. With clear instructions how. They had a good stock of cases for the 6, but more importantly were very knowledgable about each brand of case, and allowed me to open up each package and test the case. They also are giving me a $50 gift toward any item in their store -- so the case is free, essentially. (When my phone finally arrives). If you're looking to buy accessaries at the lowest price, buy online. If you want the opportunity to see what your getting and walk out with it, go to a retail store. read more

I bought an iPhone 6S at this store and it was defective after 3 weeks of use. They bent over backwards to help me get a new phone that day, instead of having to go through the insurance. Went back today, third set of phones we purchased from this Verizon retailer. Going to this retailer is sooooo much better than going to a Verizon corporate store. You actually get waited on in the retailer's store. In a verizon corporate stores, there are so many employees behind the counter that they are tripping over each other. But do they wait on customers? No. So you wait, and wait, and wait. I'm so over going to the corporate store. And Verizon big cheeses, if you're reading this, I'm talking about the corporate store on Rt 611 in Warrington. If you don't believe me, go visit it "under cover" and see for yourself. I come to this store often as I have many people in my home with phones, as we rely on Verizon's Service. I came here about 6 months ago and the help was phenomenal. While here the past 2 times we were serviced by a less than helpful man who would literally walk out of the store while working with us or start a new customer as we have been here being serviced by him. Preordered new release of phone in person at this store. They never called me to pick up after I heard other people got there phones. I went to pickup and they couldn't find any record of my order. They had none of the phone in stock I ordered. Promised TWO times that my salesperson would get back to me and they never called me back. BAD SERVICE. I may have stayed with them if they at the very least would have gotten back to me. Went to corporate Verizon store a few miles away and they had the phone I wanted in stock and provided excellent service. read more

Buyer Beware. Don't trust this store. I though they were REAL Verizon store. (My fault) They gave me a broken/used phone. I went back the next day, they said they would replace it but they were out of stock. Kept telling me to come back. I canceled my contract with them on the last day I was allowed. Never got a working phone, they did refund my money. Now, a year later, I got a call from a law firm looking to collect a cancellation fee. Harassment. Not sure how this will turn out but I know it will cost me time and aggravation. read more

Normally, this store is excellent today not so much. This past spring I purchased a Zagg screen protector and they (Verizon store personnel) installed it on my phone. Never was anything stated about what I should have done next, like register. Today, I went into the store to find out about the warranty for this product since it had chipped. A person claiming to be the manager informed me there was nothing he was going to do about this and would not offer any help or guidance at all. Other than tell me to go to the Zagg website. I told him I did not register the product and he informed me that I was screwed. Only redeeming thing on my part was we were going to purchase some things for my wife's phone while at the store, but she was so turned off by this person and the attitude she had left. So they lost the sale of the additional items thanks amazon. Turns out Zagg has a great warranty program and the issue has been taken care of. My personnel belief is the screen chipped because it was not installed properly . Had he taken the time to explain things instead of immediately informing me there was nothing he was going to do now, or at anytime in the future I would not be writing this review. Amazing what happens when someone cops a attitude. Long store short I will remain a Verizon customer but not a customer of this store. BTW, Verizon if you are listening I have been your customer since the days of car phones needing to be installed by your personnel. read more

Went in to add a line to my existing plan, all of the staff was helpful and polite. Unfortunately I was accidentally over charges for the phone. I didn't notice and probably wouldn't have until Brian called me within 15 minutes of leaving the store and informed me of the mistake. They asked me to come back in to get my refund back in my card. They easily could have overlooked this but instead did the right thing and saved me over $150. Great store! Highly recommended! read more

we did the black Friday trade in old phone (s-3) for Samsung (s-7) for $0.00 we returned old phones in box that would fit 6 phones. they say we only should have did 1 each nothing said only 1. the promo was for that 1 day s7 free with trade. now they are telling us that we needed min of s-5 I said give us the offer we signed up for. was on phone with verizion for over 1hr 30 min got disconnected no call back cant do and you cant have your old phones back. after another hr the only thing I could get was $10./month now we owe $240 x 2 that sucks. beware of verizion online scammers i've been with Verizion when it was Bell atlantic in the 80's beware read more
