my mom and i came into this location on a sunday to switch our service from another provider to…read moreat&t. the sales rep ariana was helping us until she made several errors. she mistyped my moms number into the system multiple times attaching random numbers to our account that were 1 number off from the correct one. she had to call customer service to cancel this which took an hour. when it was "resolved" my number would still not port. she blamed all of this on a system glitch when it was obviously not and would not admit guilt nor apologize. she ended up "fixing" my moms new phone and left me with no phone, no service, and no number as mine was now in limbo. she asked me if i wanted to get a new number because she couldnt figure out how to fix her mistakes. after leaving we had spent 3 hours in this store, it was now 5pm and all locations were closing soon, and we got nowhere. my mom ended up having a completely incorrect number attached to her new phone that belonged to somebody else! not only did she inconvenience me (i had no phone service for a whole day since i had to work the next day, i couldnt try again until the following evening), my mom who now had a phone with the wrong number, and an innocent victim whose number Ariana poached. GO TO THE WILLOW GROVE LOCATION INSTEAD. although further from doylestown its not worth not being at a corporate store where people are trained to troubleshoot problems.

I…read morewrote down from our conversation and underlined that in two years I'd be able to get a new phone for free. When I first came in I knew there was some time to wait. After 15 minutes I was checked in and spoke briefly with Anthony again where I would have to trade in my phone or pay an additional cost if I didn't want to trade in. I waited a little over a hour and half. Finally seen with someone and was told my phone would save me $300. Anthony wasn't available, I asked if I could call and set an appointment for my time to not be wasted again; I was not granted that. Absolutely not. I'm so displeased and feel like my time was wasted. I understand policies change but there was no consideration after waiting for a long time to be accommodated for next visit to be helped thoroughly.

We could not do the switch. Having just been a victim of id theft, I explained that I was concerned and asked about my information being deleted. He started getting insulted and started accusing me. I stated again I was concerned and he totally blew me off and said that I would have to call customer service. The worse part was this manager was training a new employee. Felt like I was in some shady used car lot.

Awful experience with this company. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They way over charged…read morefor a service. I was quoted at $50 for a device removal from my vehicle. After I did ALL the leg work (as directed from Chad) to ensure a smooth transition so that I could stay compliant with Penn Dot. This process took MANY calls and phone calls to Harrisburg, the ACTUAL vendor, Drager, AND the DUI Administration which I was informed that Chad provided incredibly inaccurate information where he was threatening me with a license/Penn Dot violation if I did not pay for him to do a calibration on a vehicle that I was no longer able to drive and was deemed inoperable of which I had official documentation from a licensed and reputable auto repair shop stating as such. Long story short, he eventually came to my home to perform the device removal. I spoke with him in great detail to schedule this removal when he is close by (which is often as he has a location near me) etc etc etc Again it should have been $50! He removed it and THEN told me I would have to pay him $165!!!! I gasped and told him my account would be overdrawn if he charged anymore than $100 on my card. He got upset and before he could further pout in front of me, I told him he could go ahead and charge the rest of the monies on Friday. I also asked him how did it go from $50 to $165 ??? (Which is almost how much my calibration would have been if I had still been driving my car!) Chad said I'm charging you a "rental fee" because it's my device and you have had it in your car for a week and weren't using it. WTF .... I've had it in MY car for 5 or 6 months and paid him bimonthly at least or around $190 for it to be recalibrated... NEVER have I EVER had an additional rental fee!!!! UNTIl now because he knew I wasn't going to have to pay him going forward for future calibrations and he wanted to suck as much money from me while he could. THEN he said, "AND I'm charging you for my gas!" Ughhhh we agreed that he would come to my home WHEN he was local. EVEN if he wasn't local if he charged me $1.00/mile from his furthest location, it would only be $27!!!! Okay so I'm supposed to be charged and was quoted $50. He says it's $165 He charged me for $100 then again for $55.50 for a total of $155.50 which is completely different inflated charge. All this took place during the Pandemic and maybe he himself was price gauging but most likely was TAKING ADVANTAGE of someone who relied on him/his company for services I was legally required to obtain. He just KNEW he would get away with it. (He even quoted me at 80/month or 160 bimonthly for calibrations .... I usually paid $192. And when I would ask for an explanation ... he would exhale a deep breathe and act so annoyed with me like I was stupid and I should know better. ... so mistakenly, I backed off. I shouldn't have and I wished I hadn't. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake and trust anything BLOCK COMMUNICATION says, including them calling themselves the VENDOR ... They are NOT. They are only an installer. They lie all over their website marketing off this lie!! #EXPOSETHEM Jennifer

Worst customer service. I was turned away twice trying to return Verizon TV boxes because the…read moremanager with the "codes" was not available. When I finally connected with the manager today (May 18, 2025) I was clearly bothering him. No welcome when I entered. When he did ask what I needed and I said I was returning TV boxes, he actually sighed, stood up and without being invited reached into the grocery bag I was carrying to remove the TV boxes. He didn't say another word to me except to tell me "I only need the boxes, you can keep the rest." The rest included the remote and the cords. Why would I want this unusable junk? When I asked him to take them because I had no use for them he rolled his eyes, took them from me and walked away. If you can avoid this location, you should. There is no effort to be polite or welcoming.

I am sorry I have to give it one star. Beware of this "store". We spent over 5 months and being…read morebilled close to $500 trying to unravel a deal this place gave us. DO NOT step foot in this place. The ONLY goal of the employees is to load your bag with product you do not want nor need so they can get their commissions. While I do appreciate the desire to want to sell more, doing so fraudulently is just wrong! Be warned! This is NOT a Verizon authorized retail store. It is owned by a different company. Customer service is non-existent, customer respect evaporates once a complaint arises, and rude is actually a nice description of the person claiming to be in charge. Using the word manager would mean he actually cared about people.
