(You can remove extraneous charges from your account online) Also, I upgraded to an iPhone 13 and the saleswoman told me I needed to buy a new wall charger because the new iPhone cord would not work with the old model wall charger. While this was technically true, it would have been helpful if she had also mentioned that my old iPhone cord -- and wall charger -- both would still work to charge the iPhone. I found this out later, by accident, at home. I'm disappointed by all of the above and will not return. The fact that they were so pushy trying to get me to buy overpriced accessories was another turn off. If you shop here, read everything before signing. Ask questions. And remember, you can buy quality cases and covers elsewhere. And you may not need everything they are peddling.

When I paid $106 the first time he told me it came with a warranty for three months. He then today told me that it was almost 3 months, but when I pointed out to him on a calendar that it was barely 2 months, he told me it was from where and tear on the HDMI port. I think it was very mediocre work done the first time causing it to have another issue. He should have fixed it again for free or at least half price and didn't. My recommendation is to steer clear. I think he does Shawty work so that you have to come back to him because he claims he has a warranty buyer beware.

Came in to the store to buy a new phone and get put on a new plan, was told i couldn't transfer it…read moreover and had to go to T-Mobile and get a prepaid phone for a week or so. Cool did that and got a 2nd phone. At the time of transferring the phone number that i had for 30 years back to AT&T. The employee added a new line to the plan. When i told him that wasn't what i wanted and when i told he messed up he said "well it's not something i can fix you can come in and talk to the manager tomorrow" Being on the phone with AT&T customer service for HOURS. We were then told if we were to remove that line off now we would lose the $350 credit for the trade in. So we paid the phone off just to get it done and over with. We were then told that since the phone was now paid off we couldn't get the credit anyways. Went back in to try and resolve this because the one employee fucked up so bad. We were going to travel internationally in the upcoming weeks. Once again we're given false information saying that first line was $12 a day and each other was $6 a day. And that combined they were capped at $120. Once again that was the wrong information given. Each line was capped at $120 total. Not combined. The experience was substantially sub par, would give 0/5 stars if it was possible. The whole process cost us more money than we ever intended for something that should have gone much more smoothly. Oh and come to find that there isn't even a manager employed at the store yesterday after being on the phone with corporate yesterday. This place sucks BAD
