When I told him I was in a hurry, he managed to receive the part, diagnose, replace and clean my keyboard all within the same day and dropped it off the next. His services includes pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient for me. He also is very communicative (via Yelp and text), letting me know 50 mins ahead when he will arrive. He also wears a mask. safety first. Thank you Kenth for all your help. I would not hesitate to reach out to him if I ever need repair services again. Very trustworthy.

    I'd accidentally dropped my macbook pro and damaged my LCD screen last Friday. I contacted several…read morerepair services in the area, and PSNI was the first to respond. I was a bit nervous since they didn't have a lot of reviews here- but I did some cross-referencing and all seemed legit. While they were located 45 min away, they came to my home to pick up the laptop. I got a clear confirmation of pick-up and awaited results of the diagnostic tests. They told me that I not only needed a new display screen, but a new battery as well (as the old one was in bad shape and could have possibly leaked/exploded- and sent me pics as proof as well.) Before asking for my repair commitment, they gave me price options for comparable refurbished laptops as well. They were also realistic about increased lifespan of the laptop. I ended up authorizing the repair. They ordered the parts and told me that they would only charge me for the cost of the parts (no surcharge) and the repair fee. While I was given a June 17 arrival date for the parts, they arrived on the 11th, and they were able to repair it and drop it off by June 12th-5 days ahead of schedule. While I hope to keep my laptop safe from harm, I would not hesitate to contact them again for future repair work- on my personal laptop or other devices as well.

No one has been able to help me. They send me to Verizon, and then Verizon tells me its not their fault when it was. It took my daughter two days to get her phone activated. He said he could help remove her number from my account but I had to come in on the day the bill was due. It took 2 1/2 hours on calls with Metro IT and Verizon and no one could do anything about it but put another ticket in. Ozzy decided to just separate my line, sadly that means I am a new customer and can't migrate to TMobile now if I wanted to. I will have to wait a year. He pushed so hard to try and get me credit or a better Amazon prime deal but the best they could do was, I get the Auto pay savings without being on Autopay. I guess $5 is $5. At least I am saving $20 a month now. I have never seen anyone with so much patience as he had. Extremely friendly, courteous and stayed positive the entire time. He is truly an asset to this location as the last two guys that were there at the end of last year were not very helpful with this issue. Thank you, Ozzy, for all you did. Not a fun day for me to spend my day off but you provided excellent service. 10 stars !!!!! Keep this young man. I don't recall the name of the young lady with him, but even she was extremely friendly and was very patient with some elderly customers that needed her tech savvy. Great job to you both !!!!!!

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We have recently moved to NJ, so went on line for nearby location, and they mention scheduling an appointment. We did so, but truly no need. Door opened at scheduled hour, and EVERYONE was ready to work. Yes, there was a line outside, but every employee moved forward to help. We had Lamont help us return our equipment. he was both profession, but kind. When we were leaving he called us back to give us a piece of the equipment that did not belong to them. I am giving a 5/5 review based on the actions of Lamont. This is the kind of employee a company with a ruffled reputation needs to soothe the masses.

    Well, I've had a xxxx@Comcast.net email address since the invention of email. I USED to have other…read moreComcast services, but I dropped them maybe 5 years ago, since their service was so bad. I retained my email address, which Comcast promised to keep up, as long as I used it occasionally. I use it daily. This morning, my email wouldn't work, as it kept asking me for my password, and then didn't recognize it. So I went to the local Comcast store (near Oxford Valley), was greeted nicely, and eventually I was told that since I didn't have an Xfinity account, they couldn't help me. They suggested I call 1-800-XFINITY, which I did. After working around the automated prompts, the system promised to connect me to Customer Service. After a L-O-N-G pause, a recording told me that they had an "unexpected technical problem" and disconnected the call. I tried again, with the same result. I got no help from the local Xfinity store (and they didn't seem to care), and their 1-800-XFINITY system hung up on me. Did I mention that I used to have Comcast services many years ago, but I dropped them because their service was so bad? It hasn't improved since then.
