The employee was very polite and tried to explain to these men that he did not know how to do such a big refund as he was new. I watched as these men who claimed to have just gotten signed to a record label unabashedly condemn this man for not understanding how to do something he has never had to do before as he was a new hire. When these men left out of frustration, I told the employee he was doing a great job as I have experienced similar behaviors from customers who seem to have lost all sense of compassion and understanding for new workers. I give this man five stars, but the manager of this Gamestop needs to have more than one new hire at the store to prevent this type of situation to happen again.
