Worst customer service. I was turned away twice trying to return Verizon TV boxes because the manager with the "codes" was not available. When I finally connected with the manager today (May 18, 2025) I was clearly bothering him. No welcome when I entered. When he did ask what I needed and I said I was returning TV boxes, he actually sighed, stood up and without being invited reached into the grocery bag I was carrying to remove the TV boxes. He didn't say another word to me except to tell me "I only need the boxes, you can keep the rest." The rest included the remote and the cords. Why would I want this unusable junk? When I asked him to take them because I had no use for them he rolled his eyes, took them from me and walked away. If you can avoid this location, you should. I am sorry I have to give it one star. Beware of this "store". We spent over 5 months and being billed close to $500 trying to unravel a deal this place gave us. DO NOT step foot in this place. The ONLY goal of the employees is to load your bag with product you do not want nor need so they can get their commissions. While I do appreciate the desire to want to sell more, doing so fraudulently is just wrong! Be warned! This is NOT a Verizon authorized retail store. It is owned by a different company. Customer service is non-existent, customer respect evaporates once a complaint arises, and rude is actually a nice description of the person claiming to be in charge. The "Verizon" store at 533 York Rd in Warminster is an authorized retailer, which is not a corporate Verizon store. Their actual name is Wireless Zone. I had visited the Warminster "Verizon" location to trade-in and upgrade to new 2 iPhones 15's. I left with a headache, along with time and money wasted. With the upgrade to the new iPhones, their employee, Rachel, added 4 Orbic mobile hotspots, to my account. She misrepresented the facts, stating that they were part of my cellular plan, which was not the case. The Orbics had their own cellular lines, with a $10 monthly fee each (not including tax) , and I later learned that they were not free when I attempted to return them. I would have also been charged a monthly device fee for them and they were actually $79 each. When I realized this, I phoned Verizon customer service at 1 (800) 922-0204, who told me to return the devices for a refund. This would be the only way to remove them from my cellular plan. When I returned to the Warminster store, I had a corporate Verizon customer service representative on the line, so that he could hear the exchange in conversation. The Warminster employee, Patrick, gave me a very hard time about returning the devices and insisted on charging me a restock fee of $70 each ($280 total). The devices were $79 each! The Verizon Corporate service employee told me that this was wrong and that is not their (corporate Verizon's) return policy. So he told me to go to the corporate store in Willow Grove to return them. I attempted to return them at the corporate store and unfortunately I was unable to do so, since I had purchased them from an authorized retailer. So I went back to the Warminster store, with the corporate Verizon representative on the line and returned the devices paying the $280 restock fee. I then went home and filed a complaint with the attorney general's office online at: https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/public-protection-division/bureau-consumer-protection/ who reached out to Verizon Executive Relations, who then called me the next day to make things right. My advice to anyone, who has also had the misfortunate experience of going to the Warminster "Verizon" Wireless Zone Store is to return the devices with a cooperate Verizon representative on the line. Their phone number is: 1 (800) 922-0204. And to also reach out to the attorney general's office online to file a complaint. Do Not go to this store!!!! This guys is a scammer. Sold me things I didn't need. My fault for not standing my ground. Switched services to get a better price and service. Only had 4 lines to switch. Discovered later he set up 9 lines on my account without me knowing. Trying to make an extra buck. Still working with corporate to work things out. FYI. Not a corporate store. SCAM!!!! When my family and I went in to get the new iPhone 15. First of all they don't have a supply of just the 15 so we had to get the max's. Then the girl told us we would be on a plan that included Apple Music and 4 free personal hotspots. After going home that night, low and behold we don't have Apple Music and we were paying for 4..... $130 personal hotspots EACH!!! When we went to the store the next day to discuss this issue we were YELLED AT and told that we were wrong and 'actually saving money'. AND ON TOP OF THAT... we were paying BLINDLY to a $17 charge for 'insurance'. AGAIN we never were told ANY of this. PLEASE GO TO THE WILLOW GROVE STORE!!!! The willow grove store HELPED US SO MUCH & without them we wouldn't have known the extra chargers. NURSES.... They take off your discounts, to make you pay more!!! read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! This store has a pattern of repeatedly taking advantage of the elderly. You cannot trust the staff as they will sell anything to the elderly for a commission regardless of whether that person needs or wants what they sell. On two separate occasions this past year, they sold equipment to an elderly parent that was of absolutely unnecessary. As the Power-of-Attorney, it was only after seeing a new line added to the account over 6 months that I learned that they had taken advantage of my 91 year old non-tech savvy parent. When she went to return the product, they then sold her a nearly $1000 phone that she didn't even know she was buying! They showed absolutely no ethics, care for the elderly, customer service or basic human decency. Now that I'm reviewing some these other reports, it is clearly a PATTERN OF ELDERLY ABUSE that is occurring at this store. I am writing to Verizon's Corporate office, and plan to file a complaint with the Bucks County Consumer Affairs office. She was a Verizon customer for 7 years, and I'm a customer of ~15 years and will be shifting to another phone carrier. I am forced to enter 1 start BUT THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE RATING. read more

It started out three months ago when I tried to cancel my husband's phone. I told the agent at the time, we were going to get a Jitterbug because he just wanted a phone to "call home." Agent assured me that Verizon had a phone that was similar and easy to use. It was costly and not easy to use. Unfortunately, I realized this too late to cancel. At this time I need to upgrade my phone so I returned to the store and asked if I could just put the phone in my name and keep my number. Somehow, I ended up buying another phone and some other device that I don't even remembering discussing. I also told them I didn't want a Verizon CC, but received one in the mail. All along, all I wanted to do was cancel the phone. Since I had difficulty communicating with Warminster, I visited a Company Verizon Store (Warminster is a franchise.) They said that they couldn't get access to my account to return to Warminster. Warminster told me to contact Verizon by phone. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours trying to straighten this out. Legally, I am sure that they have my signature on record as agreeing to the purchases. I visited the Warminster store when I was unable to get a signal on my phone. The employees were very polite, but unable to help me. They told me the problem was the antenna & battery & that I would need a new phone. It's only 7 months old & I wasn't ready to replace it yet. I told them that the paperwork said I had a year warranty & they said that was incorrect. I decided to try another store in Huntingdon Valley. I was home in about 30 minutes & they were able to fix the problem. I felt like the store in Warminster just wanted to sell me a new phone! Will always use the Huntingdon Valley store for all of my needs from now on! read more

This store preys on the old and uninformed. They sold my parents 2 Pixel phones for $1,000 each! The reason my parents came to the store was because their iphones were out of data and they wanted help offloading/uploading to the cloud. The rep "told" them that their phones, BOTH their phones, were broken and convinced them to switch to Google. And they sold them models that were 2 generations old. Phones they could've purchased for half the price. Also THEY TOOK THEIR IPHONES! So parents couldn't switch back or resell their own phones. Rep told them this "trade-in" gave them a discount -- it did not. Shame on this store for preying on seniors. Looking into reporting them to the BBB. read more

This store does not even deserve a 1 star. I went to this store 3 weeks ago and bought a phone. I knew what kind of phone I wanted so it was a simple process of upgrading. I worked with a young woman who was incredibly nice. When buying your phone you expect there to be fees associated with it. I understand. We paid. Fast forward to today when my parents needed new phones. I go to the store and have done my research and am looking for a specific phone. One of the phones had a battery issue that we suspected so we were looking to get a phone today. We were greeted by a man who was clearly working with another customer but they were not currently in the store. We are told that the phone is not in stock because he doesn't carry "entry level phones". Ok. So if we want to get a phone today, what could we get? A google pixel 3 and its $800. Well we weren't looking to spend that much on the phone and had decided to let them order the phones and they would be in store in a couple of days. As we are leaving, the customers he was working with had come into the store and he says to them "I'm so sorry about that". I'm sorry we interrupted you and your other customers. We get an email from Verizon saying that the phones are on back order so we head up to the Verizon store in willow Grove. Great store by the way. They tell us they have the phone we want in stock and all we have to do is call the other store and have them cancel the order. I try to call. No answer. So we head over to the store. Also finding out at the willow Grove store that the phone he was trying to sell for $800 is priced at $399. We go into the store to cancel the order and he refuses to. Saying his system says they are not back ordered and we will address it on Monday if the phones don't arrive and cancel the order then. If you can cancel the order on Monday, why can't you do it now. Meanwhile we can not purchase phones anywhere else because the order is holding onto our upgrades. Verizon corporate told us he could cancel the order and he then states that they have no idea what they are talking about and he has been in this business for so long and he knows. Oh I'm sorry. Corporate is stupid. Finally after going back and forth and catching him in every lie he spit out of his mouth, we were not getting anywhere so we left. Called Verizon customer support. We had the issue fixed in literally 3 minutes of talking to them. Clearly they had no idea what they were talking about. Not. He had no idea what he was talking about. We drive back to Verizon corporate store in willow Grove and an hour later walk out with 2 brand new phones. Oh and by the way, corporate stores charge you tax and a $40 upgrade fee. I checked my receipt and he charged me $25 to activate my sim card, $25 initiation fee AND he charged me $29.99 to sign me up for some victra redux subscription that I don't even know what the heck it is but I didn't need it because I told them I already pay insurance for my phone on my plan!!!!! It would have been nice if they explained the charges before charging our card. I should have checked but I assumed I wasn't being hoodwinked. So in the end I was over charged by $80 and we ended up getting my parents phones today from a corporate store. Oh and by the way i was still charged tax obviously AND the $40 upgrade fee went on my bill!! So all the other charges were just bs charges. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE AND UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR YOUR PHONE AND GET RIPPED OFF FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF BS FEES, HE DOES NOT STOCK THE LESSER EXPENSIVE PHONES BECAUSE "HE DOESNT MAKE AS MUCH MONEY OFF OF THEM". well buddy. I AM LIVID and leaving Verizon finally after my experience here. I also might look into a class action suit since this is the 3rd time this happened with Verizon including day one of switching. 8 years was 8 years too much. Mid-april 2021 I was in town from west coast to see my dying dad....figured I'd stop by to ask why my 6 month old Galaxy S10 sucked....DONTE sold me the Galaxy S21 calling their promotion one of the best he's ever seen--also bragging that he sold 2 the day prior. I CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE THIS-- but here it goes. HE WROTE ON A POST-IT AND TOLD ME at least 6-7 times (I kept asking after my bad experiences) that my phone plan with the new jet pack (didn't want it or care but it was part of it) would only go up ten bucks to $65 a month. I had a different unlimited plan, so he switched it and told me for 24 months I would GET CHARGED $4 for new plan, $5 for new phone and $1 for line charge....essentially $240 for 2 years and I turned in my S10....This was only $10 more per month than I was paying. $65 $65 $65 $65-- I asked so many times and he confirmed so many times THAT was it. YESTERDAY I GOT NOTIFIED THAT MY NEW BILL IS $260 AND MONTH AND WILL CONTINUE AT THAT. The manager Zo was gonna help me and he's dropped the ball and now the head manager Albert or Alfred has been nasty at me, telling me that he doesn't know why they're charging $260 a month--and it should at minimum be $95. NO ONE CARES, BLATANT LIES AND SCAMS. I am beside myself and have no idea what to do but switch to T-mobile tomorrow. I am also going to try to get a lawyer for a class action as I've heard this happens all the time. read more

Stay away from this Warminster Franchise store. They are clever in scamming you to buy the phones they want to get rid of rather than what you want. They especially take advantage of the elderly who are not too tech savvy. In the end there are hidden costs you don't expect until you get your bill. read more

Returned a phone charger and noticed almost 2 weeks later that my account was not refunded. When I called the store I was told the owner was in vacation. I called again and was told My money would be refunded in a few days. My last call was a week later and I was told I would be refunded in 10 business days. I decided to go to my bank and dispute the charges. They are liars and thieves. read more

I came to this store after being treated very rudely by the employees at the Warrington location. Sean could not have been more sympathetic to my situation and helpful to me in understanding my options. I purchased my new phone from this franchise and am looking forward to more helpful and positive interactions with Sean and the rest of the staff in the future. Sean is the ONLY reason I even stayed with Verizon. After my experience in Warrington I was pretty determined to find another carrier.
