She ran an update on it and then couldn't start her phone. Dtown Tech took a look at it, determined that something caused the update to not complete. They completed the update and restarted her phone. It took just a few minutes and they didn't charge me. Those few minutes they gave me could've been spent on a billable project for them. I will always recommend Dtown Tech.

HORRIBLE customer service once they have your money!…read more All Systems supplied and installed multiple Sonos sound bars, and speakers throughout my house. The unit that was wired to the deck stopped working about 1 1/2 years after installation. Kim said Sonos wouldn't honor the warranty. They promised me to call Sonos again to ask them to cover the unit under warranty. I followed up and left messages for Kim over the next several months. When I finally got her on the line, Kim said "This just isn't a priority." I called Sonos directly and they informed me that Kim never called to ask for the unit to be covered under warranty. Once I explained everything, Sonos agreed to make an exception and agreed to replace the unit free of charge! Find a customer-oriented audio and video company to install expensive equipment. Stay away from All Systems!!!

Ok, I sent my 2011 MacBook Pro with the GPU failure in to Adam for his RealMacMods.com permanent…read morerepair. Email communication was fairly good and my MacBook is indeed working again with the Radeon GPU disabled and running on the integrated Intel GPU. The only thing keeping my review from being a 5 star is that Adam's initial inquiry about getting my MacBook fixed was that "these usually go out the day after they are received" and it took several weeks to get my MacBook back and there was a short time when I got no response to my inquiries as to when it might be done. I saw the 2 low reviews here in Yelp and got a little concerned. I know that anyone might have a problem with a particular machine repair unexpectedly taking a long time and it's always possible that a machine might be damaged during shipping. I also know that IT Elite Computer Serv. and RealMacMods.com have many dozen great reviews on Google and I can attest to the fact that my machine was fixed and shipped back to me in fine condition once they got to it. The fix was $85 plus return shipping and insurance and it was well worth it to get my MacBook working again! Any repair company can get overwhelmed with a lot of business at one time but as long as you know up front that it will take several weeks to get the job done, I think they do a fine job. HW

BEST in the Delaware Valley area. Exceptional customer service…read more I did a lot of sleuthing for stores, and thankfully found out about World Wide Stereo. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. Their passion for the products I bought (all Sony) and their technical knowledge blew me away. They have been with the company for a very long time. By the time I left the store, I saw them as friends of mine, almost even good friends. Both of them are very genuine. I felt a lot of trust with them. And their installation team will be coming soon to my home to put everything in.

I bought the thing, and lo and behold, the CD player cannot play CDs correctly. On CDs of 70 minutes of length or longer, you'd be lucky if this CD player gets through the last 10 minutes of the CD without the sound dropping out for a moment, even when the CD is pristine.
