(Kidding) they came out 5 times! Everything that could have possible gone wrong went wrong. They replaced my hard drive (two times). My cord 3 times. The computer never worked right EVER. I was so frustrated with it, my son and I share this laptop and he is starting his college forms. So I admit it was me that hit the laptop out of frustration. Laptop went dead.... I asked around to several parents if they knew a good computer person that could fix a laptop. My friend recommended him. We talked on the phone briefly. He came over and took the laptop, brought it back to me w/in 48 hours and it was fixed! It worked 300 times better than when it came brand new. He explained how some laptops come with bloat. And he was able to get rid of that and make it run smoothly. Very honest young man. Very respectful. Took his time explaining. I will 100% use again and will recommend him.

A great little repair shop…read more I needed to have a laptop screen repaired and the tech, Armando, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the PC back to me in less than a week. I had brought the Laptop to him late on a Saturday afternoon, and it was back in my hands by Wednesday. The price was right, too. The shop charges $70 for their service, plus parts and warranties their work. I won't hesitate to use him again.

Ok, I sent my 2011 MacBook Pro with the GPU failure in to Adam for his RealMacMods.com permanent…read morerepair. Email communication was fairly good and my MacBook is indeed working again with the Radeon GPU disabled and running on the integrated Intel GPU. The only thing keeping my review from being a 5 star is that Adam's initial inquiry about getting my MacBook fixed was that "these usually go out the day after they are received" and it took several weeks to get my MacBook back and there was a short time when I got no response to my inquiries as to when it might be done. I saw the 2 low reviews here in Yelp and got a little concerned. I know that anyone might have a problem with a particular machine repair unexpectedly taking a long time and it's always possible that a machine might be damaged during shipping. I also know that IT Elite Computer Serv. and RealMacMods.com have many dozen great reviews on Google and I can attest to the fact that my machine was fixed and shipped back to me in fine condition once they got to it. The fix was $85 plus return shipping and insurance and it was well worth it to get my MacBook working again! Any repair company can get overwhelmed with a lot of business at one time but as long as you know up front that it will take several weeks to get the job done, I think they do a fine job. HW

Although I hadn't initially intended to use iGeeks' services, their business practices have had a…read morenoticeable impact on my daily routine: Working at Mainline CBD, right beside iGeeks in the Exton Mall, I've become privy to some of their past issues. I've been informed by coworkers about instances of loud arguments and disturbances at their store, which reportedly spilled over into our shared area, causing discomfort for us and our neighboring businesses. Another recurring concern is their lack of punctuality. Frequently, their customers approach me, inquiring about their delays. I used to attempt to explain, but the frequency of these encounters has led me to abandon such efforts. It appears they place little importance on timeliness. Regarding customer interactions, there's room for improvement. Their approach often seems detached from customer concerns, giving the impression that profit takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Recalling my own experience, I once visited iGeeks to have my camcorder repaired. Regrettably, the person in charge was engrossed in a phone conversation and didn't attend to my needs, which felt dismissive. To summarize, while I had no intention of engaging with iGeeks directly, their practices have indirectly affected our work environment near them. Addressing their punctuality and enhancing their approach to customer interactions would contribute to a more harmonious atmosphere at the Exton Mall. I'm asking people to stay away from this specific location for purely selfish reasons, I'm tired of assisting customers that are not mine. I do not work for igeeks, I should not have to be the one that makes sure their business is functional every day or investigate why it's dysfunctional.
