In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem. In contrast, when I reached out to Ricardo, he very nobly offered free advice on the safest and most cost-effective steps to diagnose and fix my PC in an effort to save me money.
